How To Do RCI Registration?
For filling up the Application for the Online registration u/s 19 under RCI Act, 1992:
** Please read the instructions available on the form carefully before filling up the form.
**Fields indicated with ‘*’ mark are mandatory. Appropriate information should be filled by the candidates.

For Payment of Rs.500 / Rs.1000/-in the form of DD of any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Rehabilitation Council of India”,Payable at New Delhi
The applicant’s name should be filled in the online application form A / FCSEDE as per the name mentioned in his/her Certificate issued by RCI approved Rehabilitation Training Institute / Organization / University / Examination Board.
**In the online application form C / D / Renewal of registration CRR no. and date of registration has to be filled as mentioned on the registration certificate. Form will open with all the previous details of the applicant.
**Before Filling up the Online Application form following documents must be kept ready For Certificate of Authentication, Download the format from RCI website. Original Certificate of
Authentication with recent passport size photograph should be submitted with seal & stamp from the institution(s) from where the applicant has passed the RCI approved rehabilitation qualification.
** Photocopy of Rehabilitation Certificate and Marksheet must be attested from University or Dean of the College / Govt. Gazetted Officer and Course Coordinator
** References of 3 Persons with name, address and contact number to be filled in the online form A /FCSEDE registration form

** Demand Draft (Original)
**. Attested photocopy of Bank slip (in case of RTGS/NEFT payment)
** Authentication Certificate with recent passport size photograph (Original)
** attested Photocopy of final year Rehabilitation Qualification Mark sheet
** Attested Photocopy of Rehabilitation Qualification Certificate
** Attested Photocopy of Class 10 / 12 Marksheet / Certificate (for age proof)
** Printed Application form for Good Standing with Signature (Original)(only incase of Good Standing)
** 2 Testimonials of character and conduct from persons of standing (Original)(only incase of Good

Specifications of photograph are given below :
** The photograph should be in colour and of the size of 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm). photo print
should be clear and with a continuous-tone quality.
** It should have full face, front view, eyes open.
** Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
** Center head within frame.
** The background should be a plain white background.
** There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background.
** Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial features from bottom of
chin to top of forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly shown.

1. I have not got the original certificate. So, I have sent all the photocopies with self attested including DD of Rs.500/- according to the advise of officer after contact over telephone. Still, I have not got the original certificate. Please kindly send me the original certificate.
2. How to open an in patient hospital for pain management with manual physiotherapists? No medicine (or) surgery will be conducted only rehabilitation with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and physical trainers will be given there. Is there any need for registration with RCI?
3. I would like to bring to your notice that, I have sent the original certificates along with DD and all the certificates as per required. I have sent this in month of August. After that I am not able to access the site (or) find out my status for receiving my registration certificate. Please do guide me in the process.
4. I want to know, if I am unable to attend any CRE program than my renewal will be not done. From 2007, I have not get any information about CRE program in Assam. From 2011, I live in Silchar where nobody are aware for this line and I can’t move from this place due to bad communication. But I am offering my service for the needy children.
5. I passed Diploma in Hearing Language And Speech on 2010 year. I received my certificate but there is one mistake happened as photo on certificate is wrong (photo appear on certificate is another girl but name, address all things are correct). Please guide me to change photo on certificate.
Error / Problem:
1. The online registration guidelines and forms for fresh application is not showing up. Just a line saying PDF is appearing on screen.
2. I have done online registration on 2016, and got provisional registration ID, only then I came to know that my year of passing was entered wrongly. How can I do the correction? In my online application, for entering the category code and rehabilitation degree code, the code number meant for my course is not entered. Only any other option is coming in the box given. To enter the proper code, what should be done in the online mode.

I'm unable to find an option to apply for good standing certificate on the website(form d ) which is mandatory and required to be send along with the rest of the documents. Is there any other way to obtain form D for the same. I have been trying to contact the office through phone and mail, unfortunately no response was there, Kindly help me with this, as it is of utmost emergency.
