** Ration Card or valid residence proof that you will mention in the registration form
** Affidavit in this format that your households do not have any LPG/PNG connection

Email ID Guidelines :

Refill booking through SMS :
This facility is available to all HPGas Customers of all states.

To avail the facility, please follow the steps given below :
1. One time register your Mobile number in HP ANY TIME number of the state.
** For Registering your mobile number , please send SMS to the HP ANY TIME number
** HP<space>DistributorPhoneNumberWithStdCode<space>ConsumerNumber
2. For Refill Booking(through SMS) Type HPGAS and send to HP ANY TIME No. of the State.

Know Where to Buy 5 KG Cylinder :
Government has allowed the sale of 5 Kg LPG cylinder with / without Domestic Pressure Regulator (DPR) through Public Sector Oil Marketing companies (OMCs) Retail outlets, which are accessible to all and are open for longer hours.

Subsequently sale of 5 Kg FTL cylinder has been extended to LPG distributorship points and Kirana /General stores etc also to further convenience of the target consumers.

The LPG sold under the scheme will be called Free Trade LPG (FTL). At the time of first sale cost of equipment (DPR plus cylinder), cost of product at prevailing Non-domestic 5 Kg cylinder price and administrative charges will be payable. At the time of subsequent refill, only the cost of product will be payable.

PAHAL :
The PAHAL (DBTL) scheme was earlier launched on 1st June 2013 and finally covered 291 districts. It required the consumer to mandatorily have an Aadhaar number for availing LPG Subsidy.

The government has comprehensively reviewed the scheme and after examining the difficulties faced by the consumer substantively modified the scheme prior to launch. The modified scheme has been re-launched in 54 districts on 15.11.2014 in the 1st Phase and to be launched in rest of the country on 1.1.2015.
