RMSA Student Registration :

The RMSA (Rastriya Madaymik Shiksha Abhiyan) Portal is primarily developed for the employees of the Department of Higher education so that they can post /share their questions/problems/views on a single platform that can be shared among all the employees of the department.

In RMSA Portal, there are two types of Users :
1. Departmental Employees
2. Students

Both Departmental employees and Students need to be registered themselves before accessing the application.

New Registration :
This option is used by the Students to register them in the RMSA Portal to see the detail of the questions/ queries posted in the Portal.

While registration, User provides his Name, Nick name, Date of Birth, Gender, Father’s Name, District, Tehsil, School and Class. After furnishing the details, a Registration Number would be generated by the system.

Students are requested to note down the system generated Registration Number because it would be your User name while logging on to the RMSA Portal.

The Student’s Date of Birth in the YYYMMDD format would be the password. For example, If Date of Birth is 22nd July, 1989 then the Password would be 19890722.

Registered Student :
Students can login to the portal using his/her registration No. and Date of Birth. Once login to the portal he can also post questions and answers.

Main :
It contains the details of questions asked by the user. A link is provided corresponding to each question to see the answers with reference to that question.

Edit profile :
This option is used to edit the personal information corresponding to the User. User can change his/her Mobile No., Nick Name, Secret Question/ Answer which is to be provided in case the user forgets his/her password of the portal in the future.

He/ She can also update the location of the school where is at present in the portal.

Change Password :
This option is used by the user to change his/her password in the RMSA Portal. User has to provide the current password of the RMSA Portal and then enters the New password which the user wants. The User has to re-enter the New Password for its confirmation.

Logout :
This option is used to log out the login user from the RMSA Application.

Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA) is a centrally sponsored scheme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for the development of secondary education in public schools throughout India. The principal objectives are to enhance quality of secondary education and increase the total enrolment rate.

Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA), Himachal Pradesh is a comprehensive and integrated programme of the Government of India(GOI) , implemented in the state of Himachal Pradesh for providing quality and meaningful education to all children in the age group 14-16 years of age for Secondary Schools and 16-18 years of age for Higher Secondary Schools in HP.
