Tamil Nadu CM Special Cell
Before November 2006, replies on the petitions of the Chief Minister’s Special Cell were entered manually in the computer with the hard copies available in hand.

To ensure accuracy and to synchronise the data of Chief Minister’s Special Cell and the District Collectorates, a web-based online reply feeding system was introduced in November, 2006 for Secretariat Departments / Heads of Departments and districts which enable them to send online replies from their office through Internet to the server of Chief Minister’s Special Cell. Consequent to the introduction of new system all replies to the petitions are received through online

About CM Cell :
The functioning of a responsive Government are rooted on seven principles namely Access, Equity, Communication, Responsiveness, Effectiveness, Efficiency and Accountability. In order to ensure, that the public from diverse backgrounds, face no barriers in receiving Government services, are assisted when their entitlements are impeded, are facilitated to voice their grievance and appropriate remedy given to genuine complaints, the Chief Minister’s Special Cell has been formed.

Functions of the Tamil Nadu CM Special Cell
The functions of the Tamil Nadu CM Special Cell include:
** Receiving and registering public grievances: The cell receives and registers public grievances from citizens of Tamil Nadu.
** Investigating public grievances: The cell investigates public grievances and takes action to resolve them.
** Providing feedback to citizens: The cell provides feedback to citizens about the status of their grievances.
** Providing assistance to citizens: The cell provides assistance to citizens in resolving their grievances.

Good morning.
Hearty congratulations for the Win on 2016 election.
Nice to have you back in the CM Post .
As a common public , we expect a lot of things from Politicians especially from Hon.Chief Minister of this state TAMILNADU .
AGRICULTURE & WATER :
1.Please encourage Agriculture as its backbone of our Nation .
i.Farmers must be encouraged & more youngsters must be driven towards agriculture.
ii.Kindly do not allow huge industries to destroy farming land , please.
2.Please note , we heard that we are selling 1000 Ltr of water to pepsi company @Rs.36/- & paying Rs.20/Lt for our drinking water bottle.
i.Kindly do not encourage foreign investors who destroy our resources like land /water which is the asset we
ii.have to leave to future generations .
CLOSE TASMAC :
1.Kindly reduce Tasmac shops, timing to your best & move it near crematoriums without disturbing public .
2.Close it slowly as Lot of peoples valuable lives getting spoiled due to this.
EDUCATION :
1. Please provide Free Best Education in Government schools & private schools almost robbing our money as high fees structure right from LKG . Please consider this as you are ruling in a state where Great Leaders like Mr.Kamarajar ruled & lived for Peoples study,welfare .
2.Kindly inform concern Department officials to visit Govt schools & see the water quality, buildings & other safety measures which can be definitely improved to private school levels .
3.Hopefully no such team visiting frequently to Govt schools in all districts & please do that at least this time from 2016 .
4.All facilities to the Govt schools must be done without any corruption by any middlemen & pls allocate dedicated team to do so. its our humble request.
5.Also, stabilize Fee structure in private schools as well & form a strong commission that takes strict actions on schools who don’t follow Govt rules . It should not be an eyewash.
6.Continue providing free cycles, laptops, dresses, chappels to all poor students & improve their life style
7.Arrange Free medical camps in all Govt schools, private schools often to check Children health & welfare.
8.This should be monitored by a professional pure hands who must do this service without any bribe/corruption.
9.Please make sure this happens as we as a public suffering a lot due to corruption.
10.All school buses must be checked properly if it fit to carry students
11. Please provide special Govt Buses to school students with Gate closed both sides for safety .No traffic police or any Govt doesn’t care if students travel in steps & meeting with accidents often. This must be strictly ensured .
MEDICAL FACILITY :
1.During election time & other political meeting time, we can see a lot of money invested, wasted in advertising boards,banners which all can be used for public in useful way.
2.Kindly allocate dedicated teams to visit Govt hospitals which makes sick people sicker with its worst atmosphere, maintenance . Also we can see a lot of Political offices in every streets, districts to work at time of election.
3.Kindly, make a Multi specialty Govt hospital for every district which provides all type of medical aid freely to the district people which can help a lot of poor / middle class people. It must include all major surgeries as well. Kindly note, Govt can save a lot of lives through a Good Medial scheme.
4.Also please open many first aid centres in highways and in different part of each districts, villages which can treat small accidents & other issues as First Aid before moving the patients to next hospital and save their life.
5.Last month, during DMK Kanimozhi visit to Tirupur, I have noticed an Ambulance struck up in traffic for 45 min & no police to help them move, whereas 100s of polices are around Kanimozhi to secure.
6. Please stop this culture as this happens with each political party. HUMAN life must be valued.
7.Give strict instruction to police that AMBULANCE, FIRE SERVICE must be given preference & political meeting or leaders visit must not disturb public which happening every time everywhere.
8.We are seeing daily add in Dinamalar to help child, poor for operation – Please allocate Govt to go through such issues & help them please.
TRANSPORT :
1.Roads are very worst everywhere .No politicians bother about public ,as they travel in AC cars, flights.
2.People are paying lot of taxes, but even roads cannot be properly provided by Govt .
3.Need concern officials / MLA to travel in his car & take immediate steps on his selected district to ensure good road facility instead of eyewash roads . From Tirupur old bus stand if you start, we can see worst roads ever which must be looked by politicians as our money paid to them as salary/conveyances.
4. Please make all Govt Buses serviced at regular intervals & check , improve such that all people wish to travel in that.
5.This will increase Govt funds instead of trusting Tasmac.
6.Try to reduce Transit charges as its quite high for common people.
7.kindly provide Govt buses to all areas even rural villages as all voted trusting you .
8.provide good , dedicated ministers in each dept who will develop Tamilnadu instead of developing their own funds/assets .
9.Toll gate rates are very higher everywhere, please control it through some proper monitoring. We all suffering .
10.A lot of bridges work started , but not completed properly . It suffering public & make unwanted traffic. pls finish the projects in safe, proper way with good quality such that it survives for 100s of years .
HEALTH CARE:
1.Health care team must visit each part of the city at least once in a month to ensure cleanliness & health related issues.
2.They must visit all public, private sectors like shops, bakeries, hotels & ensure quality .
3. Polybags & plastics must be forbidden slowly .
4. Save earth & keep city clean must be ensured by concern dept peoples.
5.Proper & safe drainage facility must be provided .
6.Unwanted danger drainage & hollow holes on open lands must be closed properly as lot of childern falling often as you well aware.
7.Reduce Milk rate & other day-day use vegetables rate such that poor can also have food.
BEGGARS :
1.Beggars are found all over the city.
2. Please provide proper rest place to them , as Food & shelter must be provided to all people .( Dream of MAHAKAVI BHARATHI ).
3.Kindly instruct each ward Councillors / collectors of each district to build homes on different parts of the city which must be under care of any Govt official or social welfare officer which provides shelter to all roadside living people & provide food to them aswell.
PERSONAL REQUESTS :
1.Not attended Hon Dr.Abdul kalam’s funeral is a sad part of your rule .Pls don’t do such mistake ever as its a duty to respect him.
2.Now, 570 – 5000 crores of money caught in containers & 100 crores by Flying squad during election.
3.We people are suffering even for surviving day to day , but how come such money wandering in politicians hands. Please strictly take action on Bribe, Corruption .
4.We don’t want to interfere much into this as almost all parties are corrupted in past.
5.Request Ministers not to fell down on your legs in public as it spoils your reputation in public, pls avoid.
6.Past is past- kindly do only good things to Tamilnadu this time please .
7.Avoid funding actors who are earning crores in acting & avoid grand political meeting expenses.
8.Instead whenever you visit some place, please request the politicians to plant tress on the way & maintain.
9.Make Tamilnadu as a “Green State ” which you can do we trust .
10.”WHEN A LEADER IS SIMPLE & CARING, THE PEOPLE WILL LIVE LIKE A KING IN HIS RULING TIME. WHEN A LEADER LIVE LIKE A KING/QUEEN, THE PEOPLE WILL BE BEGGARS FOR BASIC NECESSITIES TOO ”

WE DON’T WANT FREEBIES LIKE MIXIE, GRINDER, MOBILE , TV. PLEASE DEVELOP INFRASTRUCTURE , AGRICULTURE, GIVE FREE IN EDUCATION, MEDICAL FIELD .
