What is e-Khanij?

** This is a small effort towards disseminating information to the public in an easily accessible form. In the first step following facilities, information, reports are being made available to the public.

** ONLINE application for Reconnaissance Permit, Prospecting License, Mining Lease or Quarry Lease may be submitted to the concerned (district /directorate) office. It is mandatory to submit the hard copy of the application with necessary documents and to obtain acknowledgement from the concerned office.

** Status of an application submitted for obtaining Reconnaissance Permit, Prospecting License, Mining Lease or Quarry Lease may be checked by entering application ID and acknowledgement date.

** Application register showing the details of applications received in district/directorate offices for obtaining/ granting Reconnaissance Permits, Prospecting Licenses, Mining Leases and Quarry Leases may be seen.

** Various Report based on RP, PL, ML, QL and AQ Applications like applications received between two dates,Mineral wise applications,Status of applications etc. have been made availabe.

** Sanction register showing the details of sanctioned Reconnaissance Permits, Prospecting Licenses, Mining Leases, Quarry Leases and Auction Quarry may be seen.

** Various Report based on sanctioned RP, PL, ML, QL and AQ Applications like sanctioned between dates,sanctioned mineral wise,executed between dates,due for renewal etc. have been made available.

** Summary and details for district wise illegal mining and illegal transportation cases registered during the year may be seen.
** ONLINE applications for Registration of vehicles with MRD may be submitted.Status of application may be checked.

** Registration certificate may be downloaded.District wise details of registered vehicles,Permitted for mineral transportation may be seen.

Mineral resources plays a very important role in the industrial development of the State. In the terms of mineral availability Madhya Pradesh is the fourth mineral prosperous state of the Nation.

According to the development needs the demand of minerals increases together with industrial development. Continuous work is being done by Mineral resources Department through conservation, exploration and continuous monitoring on exploitation of minerals under the Rules valid by the Law.

Exploitation of some minerals is also being carried out by Madhya Pradesh Mining Corporation, which is constituted under the Mineral Resources Department.

The tasks being operated by the Department are increasing the State fiscal revenue continuously and paths are also being paved for discovery of new mineral deposits. Up to the year 2013 – 14, The Mineral revenue of Rs. 1721.95 Crore has been collected in the State Fund.

1) Go to the e-Khanij website: https://ekhanij.mp.gov.in/.
2) Click on the “Verify e-TP” link.
3) Enter the e-TP number or vehicle number in the search bar.
4) Click on the “Verify” button.

The system will then verify the e-TP number or vehicle number and display the results.

The results will show the following information:
** e-TP number: The e-TP number of the vehicle.
** Vehicle number: The vehicle number of the vehicle.
** Validity period: The validity period of the e-TP.
** Status: The status of the e-TP.

If the e-TP is valid, the system will display a green check mark. If the e-TP is invalid, the system will display a red cross mark.
