An e-mail statement is the electronic version of your statement of account sent to your e-mail id that is updated with the bank. You can view and print your e-mail statement from your computer. It helps in avoiding the uncertainty of delivery and also the time lag involved in traditional mail.
2. Are there any charges for e-mail statement?
This service is absolutely free for our customers.
3. How do I change my e-mail ID or update my e-mail ID?

4. When will I receive the e-mail statement on my e-mail ID?
E-mail statements will be sent on daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on the type of account in question. Daily or weekly statements can be sent for current accounts only. Generally the E-mail statement is sent between the 1st and 5th of every month.
5. I am unable to view the e-mail statement received on e-mail id.
The e-mail statement is in PDF format. Please ensure that Adobe Acrobat reader is installed on your computer.
6. Is the information of my account secured on the e-mail statement?
Your e-mail statement is password protected to ensure security of your statement. The password logic will be provided in the e-mail sent with the statement.
7. Can my e-mail statement information be exported to other programs?
E-mail statement can only be viewed or saved as a PDF file. It cannot be exported to any other program.
