Documents Required:
1. Online Application Form
2. Attested Xerox copies of all years Statement of Marks of Pune University for concern years. (ATTESTATION IS COMPULSORY)

Fees Details :
1. Professional course :- Rs. 150/- For Each Year
Fees for Transcript is Rs. 150/- for each year of professional courses under the faculties of Medicine, Homoeopathy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Management, Law, Education, Physical Education, & Applied Courses in Science such as Bio-information, Biotechnology, Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Electronics or such other courses designated by University as applied courses.

2. Non-Professional course :- Rs. 115/- For Each Year
Rs.115/-. for each year of non-professional courses under the faculties of Arts and Fine Arts, Science, Mental, Moral & Social Sciences and Commerce.

Important Instructions :
1. Fees would be accepted by online challan only, after filling online application please take printout of challan and pay in any Bank of Maharashtra or HDFC Bank.
2. Resolution Time : – 60 Days.
3. The Students will receive their transcripts by Indian Speed Post.
4. The Students who wants their Transcript outside of India by air mail, have to pay International Postal charges in Indian Currency which is given in www.indiapost.gov.in by Demand Draft. Demand Draft should be in favior of The Registrar, University of Pune, Pune 07.
5. When you submit your application to the department after one a week please check your Transcript online account to know is there any discrepancy in your Transcript application or documents, you will get message on your Transcript online account. Please keep with You Transcript online account’s Username & Password.
6. Please sign on Transcript online’s Printed form and send to the Department with required documents.
7. Submit your application at the Student Facilitation Center (SFC) only which is located at University main gate.
8. Incomplete form will not be accepted.

Online Application Procedure :
1. To fill up Online Transcript form Student need to click on following Create Account option.
2. When you Signup for Transcript click on Transcript Certificate Link.
3.After filling online form click on Save button.
4. Click on Print Preview link to download application and challan.
