Online Grievance & Monitoring System

This service enables the citizens to redress their public related grievances.

With the help of this service, citizens can lodge their grievance online and send reminders/ clarifications pertaining to already lodged grievance and find the current redress status of his/her lodged grievance from time to time by using any internet browser.

All public related grievances are taken up by the Public Grievance officers of Department.

The officers at these Departments take up the matter with the Ministry/Department concerned for close monitoring and expeditious redress.

How to Avail :
Citizens will need to register on the website by providing personal details, department to which the grievance pertains and details about the grievance/complaint and if required, upload related scanned documents.

They can send reminders/ clarifications pertaining to already lodged grievance and find the current redress status of his/her lodged grievance from time to time

About Us :
Shillong the capital city of Meghalaya, which was planned by the British as a hill resort, has undergone substantial change – both in character and form. A tiny administrative unit has now become a vibrating city with commercial activity overshadowing the hill resort.
