What is Haryana Treasuries E-Billing System?
Haryana Treasuries E-Billing System is designed to help the users in various day-to-day tasks of preparing bills. However, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all the instructions of the Government on financial matters are duly complied with and system owner does not take any responsibility of compliance with all Government instructions and rules.

Note:
If the Payee/Employee Detail of a Payee/Employee is updated, all the bills which are not sent to treasury will be deleted automatically, in that case DDOs are advised to generate the bills again.
User may adjust now the NPS amount deducted in excess, for any employee. For this entry of Excess Paid NPS Contribution (to be recovered) is to be made in Loan page as a loan, and the installment amount entered there will be adjusted from the current month’s NPS contribution
For the Employees, who are working on deputation. DDOs are requested to ask their Makers to select the checkbox given at the bottom of the deduction page and also enter the Name of DDO in the prescribed column. All the deductions are to be entered in their prescribed columns, not in Other DDOBT
Education Allowance Arrear can be generated now in Salary Arrear Page Selecting the Allowance name Other Allowance/Education Allowance. Education Allowance can be generated now as per the amount entered by the user upto maximum 750 w.e.f. 01/01/2014
To stop the deduction of Income Tax for any employee, user has to just make his/her Income Tax deduction 1, and the deduction will automatically be calculated 0.

About Us :
Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts, is the mechanism through which effective financial control is exercised over public spending by Government Departments in the State. The Treasuries look after the initial and subsidiary accounts of payment and send these accounts to A.G. Haryana.
The District treasuries receive money from the public as well as Departmental officers through banks for credit to the Government. Further, the Treasuries act as Disbursing Officer of pension and all the PPO’s issued by A.G. Haryana are routed through treasuries to banks.
