Track Your Order :
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on snapdeal and go to MY ORDER section.

Note:
To know your Order ID, Please check your order confirmation mail or sms.

What do the different order status mean?:
Confirmed : Your order has been successfully placed.
Verified : You payment mode and delivery details have been verified.
Processing : We have received your order and we have forwarded to the seller.
Packed : Order has been packed by the seller and ready to be picked up by the courier partner.
Shipped : You order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered : Your order has been delivered to the delivery address successfully.

Order Verification:
Order verification is done by snapdeal for all cash on delivery orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer.

Note:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

How can I cancel my order?
Click on “Cancel Order” below. Choose the order, select the reason and submit!

What are digital products?
These are goods and services that are delivered digitally. They include E-Gift Cards, digital movies and music, software, E-Books, online education and extended warranty, among others.

How can I return/replace an item?
Click on “Return/Replace” below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact. You can return/replace an item within 7 days of delivery.

When can I expect refund for my returned item?
Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund.
** For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.

** For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.
