What is e-GRAS?

Online Government Receipts Accounting System (e-GRAS) is an e-Governance Initiative of Government of Rajasthan under Mission Mode Project category and is part of Integrated Financial Management System. e-GRAS facilitates collection of tax/non tax revenue in both the mode online as well as manual.

What will be process to use e-GRAS ?
For this purpose, the users have to login to website.
Step 1 : The non registered user( or new user ) can login to
i. User Name – guest
ii. Password – guest

Step 2 : If any user want to became registered user, then he should use “New user/sign up” from website.

A new login window will be open, when users click on. Users have to fill up all the mandatory fields. (For overview of the complete process, it is suggested to use user guide, that is available on website)

The Department of Treasuries & Accounts (DTA) is the financial and technical controller of all the treasuries within the state of Rajasthan. The department functions under the direct administrative control of the Finance Department of the state government of Rajasthan. DTA is responsible for functioning of all treasuries including pension, sub-treasuries and for providing monthly revenue and expenditure details to the Finance Department and the compiled accounts of the state government to the Accountant General (AG) office.
