The Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System (PCTS) is an online system used by the Medical, Health & Family Welfare department, Govt. of Rajasthan. The system maintains online data of more than 16700 government health institutions in the state.

Here are some of the features of the PCTS System:
** Integrated System for HMIS and Pregnant Women & Child Tracking: The PCTS System integrates the Health Management Information System (HMIS) and the Pregnant Women & Child Tracking (PCT) system. This integration allows for the seamless flow of data between the two systems, which improves the efficiency of service delivery.

** Online Tracking of Pregnant Women: The PCTS System allows for the online tracking of pregnant women. This tracking includes information on the woman’s health, her pregnancy status, and her delivery history. This information is used to identify women who are at risk and to provide them with the necessary care.

** Online Tracking of Infants & Children: The PCTS System also allows for the online tracking of infants and children. This tracking includes information on the child’s health, their immunization status, and their growth and development. This information is used to identify children who are at risk and to provide them with the necessary care.

** Better Health Surveillance: The PCTS System provides better health surveillance by enabling the collection and analysis of data on health indicators such as maternal and child health, immunization, and nutrition. This data is used to identify areas where there are gaps in service delivery and to develop interventions to improve health outcomes.
