Cancel Items or Orders:

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t shipped yet by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account

Steps:
1.Go to Your Orders.
2. Click Cancel Items.
3.Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
4. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order shipped directly from a seller and cannot be modified, please contact the seller for instructions. For more information on how to contact the seller, go to Contact Third-Party Sellers.

Note:
If your order is shipped by Amazon Transportation Services, you will be able to cancel the order even after it has shipped, by visiting the Your Orders section.

If your order has shipped :
** Go to Your Orders.
** Click on Request Cancellation button.

A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.

If your order consists of multiple shipments, then select the item(s) you wish to cancel and if multiple items are shipped in a single shipment, then clicking on ‘Request Cancellation’ button will cancel your entire order.

About Gift Orders:
You can send gifts to your friends and family from Amazon.in. You can choose to gift-wrap any item from your shopping cart. To do this, check This will be a gift box next to the item in your cart, that you want gift-wrapped. Alternatively, you can also select the gift-wrap option during the checkout process by checking the box next to Ordering a gift? Check this box to see gift options before checkout , on the Delivery & Payment page.

Products eligible for this service can be gift wrapped for just Rs. 30.

Note:
** The gift-wrap option is valid only for items Fulfilled by Amazon.
