How To Cancel AskmeBazaar Order?

Orders once placed cannot be modified, however, the Buyer can cancel an AskmeBazaar order as per the Cancellation Policy of Getit Stores available on the Site.

Failure to receive order:
The logistics partner of Getit Stores shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Buyer at the address communicated by it at the time of the placing the order. However, if the Buyer is not able to take delivery of the Product, the same would be returned back to Seller. In the event the Buyer requests AskMeBazaar to resend the Product(s), the same would be resent only if the Product is available with the Seller. Part Delivery

Getit Stores may dispatch the ordered Product(s)in separate parcels and on different dates.

Delivery Locations

Getit Stores Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Getit Stores” “we” “us” or “our”) (through our web portal askmebazaar.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site”)) ships Product(s) to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to some locations which are un serviceable. These locations keep on changing and depend on serviceability by our logistics partners.

Getit Stores doesn’t deliver items internationally. The Buyer will be able to make purchases on our Site from anywhere in the world, however the delivery address should be in India.

Delivery time

All Product(s) purchased on www.AskMeBazaar.com or any other portal or through voice/mobile /email/sms etc are collectively Getit Stores orders . All orders will be shipped to the Buyer in the fastest time possible.

The Product(s) will be shipped to the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days of placing the order, depending on the availability of the Product with the seller selling the Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and serviceability of delivery location. In some cases it may take more than 10 (ten) working days, due to the geographical location of the Buyer.

AskmeBazaar Order Delivery Charges

Getit Stores usually provides free delivery on all orders. If any delivery fee is charged from the Buyer this will specifically be indication to the Buyer while the Buyer places the order or later or through any mode of communication. If It was conveyed after placing the order by buyer, the AskmeBazaar order will be shipped only after receiving written confirmation from buyer.

Error / Problem:
1. I ordered for CELLO COMFORT SIT BACK CHAIRS ONLINE using my debit card and my account has been debited for Rs.3799/-. Order number is AB10088400. Yet to receive confirmation mail for receipt of amount and delivery programme. Contacted 3 times to the buyers support number 04444444444 and no response. I request to cancel the order number AB 10088400 and refund the amount to my account as I plan to purchase some other product.

2. I ordered 2 leather jacket from askmebazzar on ten days before and then they told me that, I will receive my package within 10 days. This is the 11th day and I still didn’t get my order and neither I can track it down.

3. I was placed an order for VU 32 inch full HD LED TV 32D6545 on 19th November. It was 13 days completed. But is there any information about the delivery and also courier details? My order no is AB7689537. Please give the details of dispatch other wise cancel the order and refund my amount of Rs.16399/-
