To create a ticket please follow the below-given steps :
1. Choose the New Support Ticket option from the options you see.
2. After clicking New Support Ticket you’ll be redirected to the ticket login page where you will have to fill in your personal information.
3. Kindly Fill your First Name in the Name Text Box which appears under the Email Text Box. After filling this form you will click on the Submit button to submit your ticket request to the Askmebazaar Complaint Portal.
4. As soon as the ticket submitting is done successfully, you will get a notification about the ticket with ticket number on your Registered Email ID.
5. After you have successfully submitted the request & completed the process, you will receive an email alert informing you that your ticket has been successfully submitted with the Askmebazaar Complaint Portal.

The email will contain account details with which you may access the Portal at any given time to track the status of your ticket. You will be able to log-in to see the status of your ticket & communicate with our Support staff.

Help on Choosing Correct ‘Issue Type’ :
To generate a complaint, you will be required to categorise it, basis the Issue Type. For your convenience, we have listed issues commonly faced by customers under the drop down named ‘Issue Type’. You’ll be able to choose from a list of ‘Issue Types’. The categories listed under it are issues that you may be facing. While creating the ticket, you need to select the issue type for your issue.

Details of the Issue type are as follows:-
** Cancellation Request – If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you need to select Cancellation Request in Issue Type drop down menu.
** Coupons/Vouchers Issue – In such a case where you have any concerns or issues regarding coupons/vouchers, select Coupons/Voucher Issue from the Issue Type drop down menu in the ticket creating form.
** Delay in Delivery – In case the delivery of your product has been delayed further than 10 days from the order date, you can log a complaint by selecting Delay in Delivery from the Issue Type drop down menu.
** Prepaid Payment Issues – In case a product for which you have made an online payment with us reaches your doorstep as Cash on Delivery, you can log a complaint by selecting Prepaid Payment Issues from the Issue Type drop down menu.
** Product Quality Issue – If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with the quality of the product purchased at Askmebazaar, you can log a complaint by selecting Product Quality Issue from the Issue Type drop down menu.
** Refund Issue – If you have filed for a refund with us but haven’t received it within 10 days of raising the request, you can log a complaint by selecting Refund Issue from the Issue Type drop down menu.
** Wrong Delivery Issue – If you have ordered for a product & received a short shipment or the product delivered to you is not what you ordered, you can log a complaint by selecting Refund Issue from the Issue Type drop down menu.
** Others – We understand that not all your issues have been categorised under the Issue Type categories. In case you have any other issues, concerns or complaints, you can log a complaint by selecting Other from the Issue type drop down menu

How To Track Askmebazaar Complaint Status?

If you have already registered a complaint by successfully submitting your ticket with our Askmebazaar Complaint Portal, you can also track the progress of your request.

To track the status of your request, please follow the below listed steps to track your complaint:-
1. Visit Askmebazaar Complaint Portal.
2. Click on the section Check Ticket Status.
3. After clicking on Check Ticket Status you will be asked to login with your Registered Email ID sent by AskMeBazaar after the ticket generation was done successfully. You can also login with your social media handles i.e. with Facebook, Gmail, Twitter.
4. Once you successfully Login you can view your ticket status. If you wish to discuss the progress of your ticket, reply to our Customer Staff – you can do so once you’re logged in.

1. I want to cancel my order. What to do?
For Products purchased on askmebazaar, in the event the User has any concern with the Product, the User shall inform AskMeBazaar within 48 Hours by raising a complaint at support.askmebazaar.com or call on 04444444444. Askmebazaar will process the return and refund process as per the return policy as specified in this section.

2. I want to cancel my orders,paranormal activity and famous 100 criminals. Please cancel these orders. I dont know tracking numbers as I lost it.
In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.

3. I have ordered led bulbs combo pack but my order not delivered yet. What is the problem? My order id is DGA8623609. Please confirm why this order is not delivered?

4. I ordered my product on 20th Dec 2015. But still the product was not reached me. And I was not able to track my id.

I wish to cancel my order which I made on 1st February. I am cancelling this order because, I have ordered same mobile before 3 days (NDD2683340), and haven’t received any calls (or) messages. But after making this order, I received a message regarding previous order confirmation. So, I wish to cancel my recent order made on Feb 01. Since last 5 hours delivery persons mobile number is not giving response, showing busy tone, message also send, still not responding.
