How To Search GHMC Birth & Death?

Citizens can get birth and death certificates delivered to them quickly. Citizens can request these certificates through the GHMC website. The certificates will be sent to them by courier.

Citizens can get their records updated. Through this website, they can search whether or not their name is registered.

Birth certificate can be had at the ward of the concerned area if applied within two years from the date of birth. Birth certificate can be had from the concerned circle office of GHMC if the birth is more than two years old. Birth certificate can be had from GHMC if the birth registration enters into GHMC records.

Citizens can collect their certificates instantly from Citizen Service Centers or mee-Seva centers. Records pertaining to them are now openly available.

Mee Seva Birth/Death Certificate Request

I)For already registered births/deaths, they can request for birth certificate in any of the mee seva Centers in twinscities or mee-sevaonline.com.

II)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for certificate request. Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth/death is already registered?

How To Get Birth/Death Certificate Online?

Birth Certificate:
Go to the official website, click on the birth, death option in main menu , next screen will be opened enter the following details
1. Enter Your Mobile Number
2. Click on Send OTP button.

III)If registered, pay the required fee amount of Rs.20/ per certificate and mee seva service charges Rs.15/- and required courier charges as per the option below

IV)Applicant can choose the option for delivery of certificate:
1) At mee seva Rs.15/-
2) Within GHMC Limits Rs.25/-
3) With in AP (out side of GHMC) Rs.40/-
4) With in India Rs.60/-

V)If the applicant chooses the option 1, applicant has to come to mee seva for collecting the certificate/s after 3 working days(excluding the date of application).

VI)If option 2 or 3 the certificate/s will be courier to applicant address after receiving the certificate/s from the GHMC Circle offices.

Death Certificate:
Go to the official website, click on the birth, death option in main menu , next screen will be opened enter the following details
1. Enter Your Mobile Number
2. Click on Send OTP button.

Inclusion of Child Name in Birth Register

I)For already registered births for which child name is not included, they can request for inclusion of child name in the birth register in any mee seva.
II)Walk into any mee seva center and fill in the application form available at mee seva for inclusion of child name in the birth register.

III)Based on your details mee seva operator will verify the data whether the birth is already registered and child name is not updated.
IV )The applicant should be child, father or mother only.

Within One Year of Birth Date :
The following documents are required along with the filled application form. Both the father and mother should give a declaration that, they have named the child as and both of them should sign on the paper.

Ration Card/any other residence address proof and School bonafide certificate. If both are not available, produce notarized affidavit on Rs.10/- non-judicial stamp paper

1. One person has not taken birth certificate from since 10 years. Child name has not registered in hospital / GHMC but, now they want birth certificate. How can it be taken and what is the process? Child was born at Chandanagar Sherlingampally municipality, where it be taken any mee seva in HYD city (or) Chandanagar. They are the residence of Sanathnagar. Please give me correct information.

2. I am requesting to issue my wife’s birth certificate that was paid via MeeSeva on 2020. All the necessary documents have been submitted and till this day the certificate has not been couriered to my house. I can still see the same certificate number that has not been corrected. Please advise.

3. I applied for my son’s name correction in birth certificate and I give it in the Mandal office with all documents at JNTU, Kukatpally and they said our officer will come for verification. He came and checked all Aadhar cards of ours and gone without saying anything. So, kindly inform me that what can I do for the certificate?
