SJMS Registration & Status Check

Open the browser and type Url sjms.rajasthan.gov.in , the SJMS login page gets open.

New User Registration

Click on the “Citizen Registration” button to open the user registration page.
** Provide all the basic and mandatory Information as “Full Name, Login ID, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, ID Proof, Security questions & security Answers, Address, District, Tehsil, Village, Post Office”
** You need to also confirm that the information filled is correct, by checking the check box provided.
** Press “Submit Registration Form” button. (Image-2, 3 ,4)
** After Submitting, users will get the Acknowledgement which reveals that an email has been sent to the registered email address of the user and it is mandatory to click on the link (mentioned in the email) in order to verify the email address before user can use his/her account.(Image-5)
** Login with the registered email and click on the link in order to verify the user’s email address.
** After clicking on the “Click Here to Continue” button, Mobile verification page will get open, in which, the user needs to enter the verification code, that he/she will obtain viaSMS service
** Enter the code in the required field and click on the “Verify Mobile” button.
** After clicking, the user will get the acknowledgement which reveals that

UPDATE PROFILE
** At first, the user’s profile will get open. Every user needs to update it by providing the new password, some additional but mandatory details as in
“Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Marital Status, Caste Category, Spouse’s Name(if married), Gender, EID Number, BPL Number (if BPL)
** After providing all the mandatory details, press “Update Profile” button This registration process is one time activity and is valid for submitting application(s) for various schemes available over SJMS and run by Social Justice and Empowerment Department.

NGO Registration

** Click on the “NGO Registration” button in order to register.
** “NGO Registration Form” will open
** Enter all the mandatory fields
** Then click on the “Submit Registration Form” button.
** After Submitting required details, users will get an Acknowledgement which reveals that an email has been sent to the registered email address of the applicant and it is mandatory to click over the link (mentioned in the email) in order to verify email address before applicant can use the application

Note :
** Information once submitted on this form will be used for all the application that you submit and cannot be modified later
** without the approval of the department. Please fill the information as per the documents that will be submitted as proof.
** The captcha characters are case sensitive. Please enter them exactly as it appears in the right of the textbox.
** Login ID should be minimum five characters in length and can consist of letters and numbers only.
** Fields marked with * are mandatory

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to do SJMS Registration online:
1. Go to the SJMS Online Portal website: https://sje.rajasthan.gov.in/.
2. Click on the “Sign Up/Register” tab.
3. Enter your name, email address, and mobile number.
4. Create a password.
5. Click on the “Sign Up” button.

You will receive an email with a verification link. Click on the verification link to activate your account.

Once your account is activated, you can log in and complete your registration. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on the “Sign In/Login” tab.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click on the “Sign In” button.

You will then be able to complete your registration by providing the following information:
** Your date of birth.
** Your gender.
** Your caste.
** Your educational qualification.
** Your employment status.
** Your income.

Once you have completed your registration, you will be able to apply for scholarships and other schemes offered by the SJMS.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when registering for SJMS online:
** You will need to have a valid email address and a mobile number to register for SJMS.
