How To Apply For MPWLC Private Warehouse?

MPWLC is running warehouses for the scientific storage of agriculture and minors forest produce, seeds, manures, fertilizers, agricultural implements and notified commodities offered by individuals, co-operative societies and other institutions.

** If you are already registered Enter your email ID and password.
** In case of not registered, click on New User link.

Instruction for filing online application Under MPOnline Limited :
In browser type-

** Then Click on link Online Application. It will redirected to MPOnline Portal ( mponline.gov.in/Portal/CitizenHome.aspx- servtypeid=2) Please read instructions carefully before goes to registration
** Download User’s Manual from download link. Enable pop-ups in browser setting.
** user can file one application for different location or for same Location from one registration. You need not to register again for Different locations or for same location.
** User can register himself/herself by clicking New User Link Once registered, “Registered Successfully” message will be displayed. (* Mandatory)
** Registered user has to click on Login link to participate in Private warehouse Registration System.
** Once Login two links will be displayed. Private Warehouse Registration Application for providing Warehousing Capacity under JV Scheme
** Applicant can click on Private Warehouse Registration Link. Registration window will be opened in front of applicant. Complete all the required information.
** Registration Fee will be charged 40 Paisa /MT (Capacity) Registration Amount, required registration fee will be displayed, excluding MPOnline Portal Fee.
** On Click on Registration Button, Proceed for Payment Button will be enabled. As soon as applicant click on Proceed for Payment Button New Window for payment will be opened. If applicants want to pay fee self then
** Applicant can pay registration fee by using MPOnline provided payment gateway.

** Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) Please ensure to make payment of requisite fees within specified time, as described by MPWLC, Bhopal.
** If applicants want to pay fee through kiosk then Applicant will have to give registration fee amount in cash to KIOSK or CSC, and Collect Payment Receipt.
** If an Applicant due to any reason not able to pay registration fee, then he can pay by using Pay Un pay for Warehouse Registration Link, which is available on ( mponline.gov.in/Portal/Services/Warehousing/frmLoginPage.aspx )
** On submission user will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. Quote the application number for all future correspondence.
** Under JVS Application, for offering the capacity Service Fee will be charged 10 PAISA /MT (Capacity) in addition to portal charge. Submitted application will be redirected to Department end for inspection/Agreement/Possession etc.

Additional Simplified Procedure

You can apply for a Private Warehouse License from MPWLC online through the Warehouse License Management System (WLMS).

Here are the steps on how to do it:
1. Go to the WLMS website: https://wlms.mp.gov.in/
2. Click on the “New Application” tab.
3. Select the “Private Warehouse” option.
4. Enter your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, and address.
5. Enter the details of your warehouse, such as the address, the capacity, and the type of commodities that will be stored.
6. Upload a scanned copy of your ID proof.
7. Pay the application fee online.
8. Submit your application.

You will receive an acknowledgement number on your registered mobile number once your application is submitted. You can track the status of your application by entering the acknowledgement number on the WLMS website.
