The President of India is the Head of the State and exercises powers as defined in the Constitution of India. The President’s Secretariat provides secretarial assistance to the President in discharging constitutional, ceremonial and other State responsibilities.

The President’s Secretariat is headed by the Secretary to the President who is assisted by a team of officers as per details available on President’s Secretariat website. The President’s Secretariat includes Secretariat, Household and Garden workcharged establishments. These wings perform tasks relating to constitutional, administrative, hospitality of State guests, petitions on wide ranging subjects from general public and maintenance of Rashtrapati Bhavan, President’s Estate and Gardens.
All matters requiring attention of the President in matters relating to executive power and powers under statutes or relating to appointments of constitutional authorities are received in the President’s Secretariat from the nodal Ministries concerned and submitted to the President through the Secretary to the President. Once the President has assented to the proposed course of action, the files go back to the concerned Ministries.

1. Violation of sound pollution near Military Hospital Camp Panjim, Goa. Government of Goa gazette Notification Number 23/16/83/(3)MAG/1784, which is notified as silent zone. Still it is notified as silent zone, but there is a wine alcohol festival organized by Government of Goa which promotes Alcohol and loud amplified music. Soldiers are taking treatment for fast recovery from their illnesses. This is disturbing the soldiers from fast recovery. So, kindly help us by declaring it as noise free zone.
2. My appeal for a free rental shelter (A small house) in Tamilnadu Acknowledge number PMOPG/E/2021/0162463. Please consider my case under the genuine facts of following ground. A senior citizen aged 65 years resident of more than 40 shifted places due to uncertainty income and jobs done in small concerns. My father is a Sanskrit Vyakarna Pandit Tamilnadu State awardee. But, my family members after my father demise were left uncared by both government. I shall be very much grateful, if my genuine case is considered for a free small house.

प्रार्थिया श्री मति पुष्पा देवी पिछले 10 वर्षों से राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग नई दिल्ली में रेलवे में अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति हेतु कार्यवाई कर रही है,किंतु फाइनल डिसीजन नही हुआ है,हियरिंग भी हो चुकी है अब सिर्फ फाइनल डिसीजन आयोग के द्वारा किया जाना है, फाइनल डिसीजन के लिए प्रार्थिया श्री मति पुष्पा देवी ने chairman-ncsc AT nic.in पर दिनांक 03/01/2022 को 27/08/2022 और पुनः 27/12/2022 को भी ईमेल के माध्यम से प्रार्थना पत्र भेजा है,परंतु फाइनल डिसीजन नही किया गया है?यह कि इस पूरी कार्यवाही में प्रार्थिया का कीमती समय और पैसा खर्च हो जाने से प्रार्थिया चिंता के कारण बहुत ही हताश,निराश है।यह कि राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग नई दिल्ली तो आपके क्षेत्र अधिकार मे आता है,और मेरा प्रकरण भी राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग नई दिल्ली में लंबित है। इसलिए आप मेरे मामले में फाइनल डिसीजन के लिए अध्यक्ष राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग नई दिल्ली को आदेश देने की कृपा करें।तो आपकी अति कृपा होगी।
