Track Order:

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our web-store after logging in.

Is my order confirmed?:
You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk if you are unsure.

When will you ship my order?:
We normally ship-out all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

When will my order get delivered?:
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category. You can check estimated delivery time on any product page.

How much do you charge for delivery?:
Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.995. An additional charge of Rs. 50 will be levied on orders below that.

How do I place Bulk Orders?:
We get it. Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us via bulk-orders@chumbak.in or calling us at 1800-420-1200 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Customization:
We do not offer customization of products. However, for any further queries, you can reach out to us via help@chumbak.in or calling us at 1800-420-1200 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?:
Yes, you can! Gift wrap option is available for most products, and you will see this option during checkout, before you sign in. Please note that as per government mandate, we will have to send across the invoice with all shipments.

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?:
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?:
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on help@chumbak.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How do I cancel an order?:
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to help [AT] chumbak.in or call our toll free number 1-800-420-1200. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?:
You can return products, up to 20 days from the date of dipstach, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of our website. Or, you can send a request to help [AT] chumbak.in or call our toll free number 1-800-420-1200. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

What items can I return?:
You can return all items except furniture and any inner wear/swimwear like boxers. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
