TRAI’s do not disturb initiative :
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued “The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) 2010” on 1st December 2010. The new regulations have been designed with the motive of promoting customer satisfaction by way of giving the customer choice to opt for no promotions or selective promotions of his/her choice.

The new regulations will replace the existing Unsolicited Commercial Communication Regulations, 2007 which were largely known as NDNC (National Do Not Call).

We, at airtel, would continue referring to TCCCPR 2010 as NDNC, so as to enable customers relate to these regulations in a better way.

Click here to visit TRAI’s website nccptrai.gov.in for more details on TCCCPR 2010.
