Mobile Ticketing Services :
An Un-Reserved Ticket through Mobile Application (UTS app) has been started from 27 Dec, 2014 from Mumbai Suburban area. This app is available free of cost for Android & Windows mobile phones.

Currently, the application is enabled in the Chennai and Mumbai suburban section. There are two modes of taking mobile journey tickets.
1. Paper Ticket :
The passenger can book ticket through the mobile app. On booking of ticket, he/she will get Booking ID along with other ticket details and take print out at the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) using the booking ID.
This mode of ticket is enabled in Mumbai suburban area except Churchgate to Dahanu Road section of Mumbai suburban of Western Railway.
2. Paperless Ticket:
The passenger can book paperless ticket through mobile application and ticket will be delivered in the mobile application itself. The passenger can travel without taking hardcopy of the ticket.
This mode of ticket is enabled in Chennai suburban area and Churchgate to Dahanu Road section of Mumbai suburban of Western Railway. In order to have paperless ticket, the Smartphone should be GPS enabled.

This Web portal has been designed, for the UTS-Mobile Application user. This user can Register himself, after the successful registration a Wallet (called as RWALLET) with zero balance will create.
To use this web portal user has to login into this website using his mobile number as userid and password which the user get on the mobile after successful registration.
Using this website user can do the following:
** User can see the RWALLET current balance.
** User can Recharge (Top-Up) the Wallet, using the payment options as Internet Banking & Debit Card facility. Money is deducted from user’s account and his wallet will be credited after successful transaction.
** User can check already booked ticket from this website, He can also check the cancelled ticket and he is also able to check the Wallet recharge history and check whether the transaction is successful or not.
** User can also change his profile. User can change his default journey attribute, city & already saved route.User can delete already saved route & he can create a new route also. Maximum five favourite route can be saved, which can be used for quick booking of the tickets.
** User can change his password using this website, which is more necessary for the security of the user account.
Who can use utsonmobile application?
The services are not available to persons under the age of 17 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by Indian Railway.

How to download the utsonmobile app?
The downloadable mobile application is uploaded in the OEMs application store (i.e.) Android app in Google play store and windows app in Window app store. The passenger can download the mobile ticketing app from the appropriate application store. The application is free to download.
