I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Please access our homepage atjkbankonline.com, click on Retail Login.On the next page,click on forgot password link.You will need a valid Debit Card of an account number which is linked to your eBanking Account. Please make sure that you put the expiry date as MMYY only,without any special characters or spaces

I am unable to login?

1. If you are using ALIAS created in Older application to work, please visit your nearest Branch to know your actual UserID by providing a Valid 16-Digit Account Number.Use the Actual UserID provided by Bank to login.

2. Please access our homepage atjkbankonline.com.This site has been optimised to work on Updated versions of Chrome and Mozilla browser.This Site is optimised for Laptop and Desktop based browsers, so we advise our customers to access this site on Laptops and Desktops for best experience.

How do I create a New User Online?
Please access our homepage at jkbankonline.com, click on Retail Login.On the next page, click on New User? Register Now link. You will need a valid Debit Card to create a New User. Please Note that your accounts would be reflected in your eBanking User after 24-48 hours only,so after creating a New User,you should login after 24 Hours.

What is Verification Code on Login Page?
For the security purposes of our ebanking services, we force users to type in Captch/Verification text, shown in the image on the same page.

I dont receive OTP?Where is OTP Regenerate Button

In new eBanking application when you are trying to do a transaction which requires OTP , the application will generate it automatically and send it to your registered email id and mobile number. If you dont receive OTP within 2-3 minutes,please visit your nearest Branch to get your detail updated. [Regenerate OTP Button will be enabled soon, Inconvenience caused is regretted.]

How do i see my Full/Mini statement?

If you wish to get Full statement of your accounts, please click on ‘Account Statement’ link in left side bar menu .In next page click on the check button against the account you which to get statement for,and click ‘View Full Statement’.By default your last 1 month statement will be fetched.

You can use date filters and dropdown menu to get selected transactions.Max. 90 days transactions can be fetched. [we have temporarily restricted statement to 1 month only,we will be extending it to 90days soon.Inconvenience caused is regretted.]

Can i access this site on mobile?

We have optimised this site for Laptop and Desktop based browsers. For the best experience, kindly use this site on laptop/desktop browsers only. For accessing your accounts on mobile, J&K Bank has its mobile banking services.Please get in touch with your nearest branch to get a Mobile banking User.

How do I change my passwords?

Once you succesfully login to our application, click on My Profile. Click ‘Change Passwords’ link in top right corner.The next page will prompt you to change the passwords.

How do I change my LoginID?

Once you successfully login to our application, click on My Profile. In the Next page,select ‘Change Alias’ option and click ‘Go’ button. The next page will prompt you to change your LoginID. [Please note that after you change your LoginID, you wont be able to login with Previous UserID,only updated Login ID will work]
