Enclosures For RMC Jaipur Registration
1. M.B.B.S Original Certificate of Registration
2. Original M.B.B.S. Degree and it’s self-attested Photocopy
3. D.D. of Rs.1000.00 In favour of Registrar, Rajasthan Medical Council, Jaipur for ten years.
4. Self address envelop with Postage Stamp of Rs. 50/-.
5. Self attested photocopy of any I.D. i.e. Driving Licence / Pan Card / Passport / Voter Id / Aadhar.
Note :
1. If the original M.B.B.S. Degree is already verified on the back by the Registrar of this Council than need not be submitted.
2. Forms are accepted between 10.30 A.M. to 3.00 P.M., Lunch hours 1.30 to 2.00 P.M. Cash / Cheques are not accepted.
Complaints :
** The Panel and Ethical committee is constituted according to section 39 of part 5 of Rajasthan Medical Rules,1957.
** The Commette enquire about the complaint under section 36 to 49 of part 5 of Rajasthan Medical Rules,1957. Council may also enquire the complaint if required. Council takes the decision by the recommendation made by Panel and Ethical commette after enquiring all the facts.
** The Council may punish the Registered Medical Practitioners as per provision of section 48(2) of part 5 Rajasthan Medical Rules, 1957.
Procedure :
Complaints against any Registered Medical Practitioner can be submitted to the Council on a Rs. 10.00 Non Judicial Stamp duelly attested by Notary Public along with all the related documnets in three photo copies.

THE RAJASTHAN MEDICAL COUNCIL was established under the Rajasthan Medical Act. No. XIII of 1952, published in the Rajasthan Gazette (Raj-Patra) No. 11 dated April 12, 1952, vide Govt. of Rajasthan Law Department Notification No. F.12 (65)-L/51- dated March 31,1952 for fulfillment of the aims and the objectives as laid down in the Act.
Even prior to the formation of the State of Rajasthan, in the earst-while – State of Jaipur, there existed The Jaipur Medical Council, which was succeeded by The Rajasthan Medical Council for the fulfillment of the aims and the objectives as laid down in the Act of Legislature in the year 1952.
