How To Do MCH Mumbai Registration?

Just follow the below steps to register at MCH Mumbai portal online.

Step : 01 Open web site: mchmumbai.org , the following site will open.

Step : 02 Click on Application Type For Online Apply.

Step : 03 When Click on application type Login page will open. Existing user can directly login with username & password. [Create New Account] link for New candidate to create their account.

Step : 04 When you click on [Create New Account] the registration form will open as shown below. Fill this Form to create new account.

Step : 05 When candidate get successfully log in, the Application Form will open. For example, following figure showing PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION FORM. Fill up this form & click on Submit Application Form button.

Step : 06 When you successfully submit application form, Doctor Profile will open as shown in following figure. Currently submitted form will display on the top. Doctor’s profile show all submitted forms.

Application fees pay after one working day of filling the application form. Online Payment Instruction is available on web site as shown in following figure.

Instructions For MCH Mumbai Registration

(1) This form must be returned duly completed with 4 passport size photographs so as to reach the Registrar, Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy, 236, Peninsula House, Above State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, 3rd floor, Dadabhai Naoroji Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 for continuation of name on the register before 6 months from last date mentioned on Original registration cert.

(2) All Details should be correctly filled in.
(3) Information in clause 5 need not be filled by the practitioners registered on practice basis.
(4) Application which do not contain the required particulars liable to be rejected.

(5) Fees for the continuation as under –
(a) Continuation fee Rs. 1500/- + Postage fee Rs. 100/-
(b) Late fee Rs. 2500/- (After due date mentioned on Original Registration Cert)

(c) Defaulter Fees Rs. 4100/- without I-card & Rs. 4400/- with I card.
(d) For new I card with Additional Qualification/Name Change/Address change are requested to send Rs. 300/- Extra for I-Card

2. Candidate must create the username & password for online application entry module.
3. Candidate should retain that username & password for further Login.

4. After successfully login, candidate can apply for Provisional Registration, Permanent Registration, Renewal, Additional Qualification, Change of Address, Change of Name etc.

5. The online payment facility is now available on the portal of State Bank of India.
6. Candidate can pay online after one working day of filling the online application form.

7. Only after confirmation of candidate’s payment, his/her application form will be accepted and proceed for the further process.
8. The Candidate should keep a photocopy of duly filled computerized application form and payment receipt for further reference.

9. The Candidate should submit the photocopy of duly filled computerized application form, payment receipt and relevant documents of applications to MCH Office by speed post/ register post.

10. The Candidate will not get any hard copy of application form from this office.

1. I need to know the procedure to get NOC from MCH to do registration in Telangana state. My renewal date has been late by one month that was August, guide me regarding certificate, whether I have to renew first at MCH and then have to apply for NOC, kindly guide me and I am not finding link to get NOC certificate.

2. I have uploaded my verified documents along with duly filled online application e-form for the renewal of my registration on 4th January 2022. Thereafter from 6th January 2022 everyday, I am trying for online payment of Rs 1600, for renewal and postage fees but, unfortunately my all efforts are wasted. Hence, I request you to please help me out with the process of online payment and save me from penalty of late fees.

3. I have applied for online renewal but, I am having trouble to select option for online payment. I have my own clinic so, should I select commercial services as my option and after that what name should I select if my own does not appear in list of options?

4. I want to renew my registration number 6324 and I got admission to Modern Pharmacology certificate course & examination was held by MUHS, Nashik. I have passed in Modern Pharmacology certificate course summer 2020 and the result declared on 4th August 2020. My registration renewal due date is 24th September 2020. My original registration certificate and Diploma are under custody of DEAN Shri vasantrao Naik Govt Medical College,Yavatmal. So I can’t submit original certificate on 3/10/18.
