IGR Maharashtra eRegistration Status

The module is developed and made available by the Department of Stamps and Registration. It provides facility of online registration of Leave and License Agreement to citizen.

Citizen can,
1) Prepare the agreement
2) View the draft
3) Modify if required
4) Execute (sign) it
5) Submit it for registration
6) Get it registered
7) Get the status of registration through SMS
All these activities can be performed from anywhere anytime, without going physically to Sub Registrar Office.

For eRegistration Status :
1) Enter Token Key.
2) Enter password.
3) Enter Captcha.
4) Click on “View Status” Button.
5) Download L&L Document, Index II and Receipt using “View Document”, “View Index”, and “View Receipt” Button.

For New Entry :
1) Select District.
2) Enter Password.
Note: Password length must be minimum 8 characters. Password Must contain at least one (capital letter, small letter, special character and digit) e.g. abcdA09@
3) Enter Confirm Password.
4) Enter Captcha.
5) Click on “Next”.

For Modify Entry :
1) Enter Generated Token Key.
2) Enter previously created password.
3) Enter Captcha.
4) Click on “Edit”.

Verification and Importing :
If the Mortgagee is depositing a document which is eRegistered, using this new facility, Bank can verify that whether it is really eRegistered with the Registration Department by viewing the Document and Index 2 of the said document.

If it is confirmed, Bank without entering the data entry of Mortgagor details and property details, can import it from the data of eRegistered document.

Tagging of Index 2 during efiling :
Tagging of Index2 is processed when the Notice of Intimation is e-filed with the Registration Department stating that the said document is deposited with the bank for security of loan.

In such case, theIndex2 of the eRegistered document is tagged with the note, mentioning that the said document is deposited with the bank for security of loan. The index2 of Notice of Intimation is generated separately.

FAQ On IGR Maharashtra

How password should be given?
Password length must be minimum 8 characters. Password Must contain atleast one(capital letter , small letter, special character and digit) eg : abcdA09@.

How can I change the password?
You can change the password using Change Password Link.
What should be the format of Pan number?
Pan no must contain 10 chars, XXXXX9999X where X is an alphabatic character and 9 is a numeric digit.

What should be the format of Bank Passbook?
Bank passbook shoud be 15-Digit Account Number.
What should be the format of aadhar card (UID)?
Aadhar card is a 12 digit identification number.

What should be the format of Licence?
Licence should consist of 5 letters, 6 numbers and then a combination of numbers and letters.
What should be the format of Passport number?
Passport numbers are 9 digits with no letters.

How to modify a Token?
Login with your username and password, enter your token number in “Modify Draft Token” field and press enter.

What should be the format for GRN number?
GRN number must contain 18 chars, XX999999999999999X where X is an alphabetic character and 9 is a numeric digit.
