To receive information on your account, send an SMS with the specified keyword to SMS Banking numbers.
SMS Banking Numbers are 5676782 or 9717000002.

Kindly note following points before sending an SMS:
** All the below-mentioned SMS requests should be sent through the registered mobile number only.
** The keywords are NOT case-sensitive.
** Please do NOT type the pointed or square brackets in your SMS.
** There should be a single space between each word in the syntax.
** For the account number, you can either type the full 15 digits or only the last three digits except for the CUSTID keyword where full 15 digit account number is necessary
** Details within pointer brackets “<“,”>” are mandatory values to be provided by the user.
** Details enclosed in square brackets “[“,”]” are optional parameters.
** SMS charges as specified by your operator will apply for the SMS requests sent by you.
** NRI Customers- Please send the SMS request to +919717000002

Register/ Update your Mobile Number :
You can register/ update your mobile number by visiting your nearest ATM or Branch.

At the ATM
Step 1: Insert the card and enter PIN number
Step 2: Select ‘Registrations’
Step 3: Select ‘Mobile Number Update’
Step 4: You would see the message ‘Your account number 91xxxxxxxxxxxxx is already registered with Axis Bank. Would you like to update your number now?’ Please select ‘Update’ option
Step 5: Enter the Mobile Number you want to update
Step 6: Re-enter the Mobile Number

At the Branch
Kindly submit the request for Mobile Number updation/registration by filling the ‘Customer Request Form’ at the nearest Axis Bank branch.

Re-confirming your Mobile Number
There are times when doing transactions through Mobile you get a message to re-confirm your Mobile No. with the Bank by updating it again at any ATM or Branch. You receive this message because your Mobile Number has been updated earlier through IVR or Internet Banking. For additional security of your account we want you to re-confirm your Mobile No. available with us through an ATM or a Branch.

Steps to Re-confirming your Mobile Number at the ATM
Step 1: Insert the card and enter PIN number
Step 2: Select ‘Registrations’
Step 3: Select ‘Mobile Number Update’
Step 4: You would see the message ‘Your account number 91xxxxxxxxxxxxx is already registered with Axis Bank. Would you like to update your number now?’ Please select ‘Update’ option
Step 5: Enter the Mobile Number you want to update
Step 6: Re-enter the Mobile Number

Steps to Re-confirming your Mobile Number at the Branch

Kindly submit the request for Mobile Number re-confirmation by filling the ‘Customer Request Form’ at the nearest Axis Bank branch.
