How To Do Maharashtra OTPT Registration Renewal?

Maharashtra State OTPT Council Registration/ Renewal Application Form. The renewal fee of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand five hundred only) is sent by Demand Draft only.

Instructions:

1) All particulars in the application shall be filled by the applicant only.
2) All particulars should be correctly filled in a neat and legible hand.
3) The free for renewal of registration should be sent by Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Maharashtra State OT/PT Council,Mumbai.
4) The latest photograph should be affixed at place provided in right corner of the application.

Notice For MPTh / MOTh Registration

1) Application for MPTh/MOTh Registration should be download from the web-site of council.
2) Application which is downloaded should be read Properly and fill the application. An attached document which is mention in the application should be send to council office.
3) Registration MPTh/MOTh fees Rs.1500/- Should be send by Demand Draft.

4) Demand Draft should be send in favour of Registrar, Maharashtra State OT/PT Council, Mumbai. and backside of DB. write your name and phone number.(D.D. should be drawn from Nationalized Bank only.)

5) The Photograph should be affixed at place provided in right corner of the application and the same should be duly attested by the Principal of the Institution from where the applicant Additional Qualification degree course completed.

6) Photo with apron is mandatory. And another three photos with apron are for following purposes like
a) For application Form – 3.50m X 3.5cn1 of lPhoto
b) For ID – 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm of] Photo
c) For Certificate – 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm of 2 Photo

7) Along with the application attested one copy of registration certi?cate & Post Graduate Certificate MPTh / MOTh.

1) Application for renewal should be download from the web-site of council.

2) Application which is downloaded should be read Properly and fill the application. An attached document which is mention in the application should send to the council office.

3) Registration Renewal fee Rs.1500/- Should be send by Demand Draft.

4) Demand Draft should be send in Favor of Registrar, Maharashtra State OT/PT Council, Mumbai. And Backside of D.D. write your name and phone number.(D.D. should be drawn from Nationalized Bank only.)

5) Photo with apron is mandatory And another three photos with apron are for following Purposes like

Comments:
1. I want to register as a new Applicant. Is this renewal form same as a new registration applicant form? I read all messages before typing, as mentioned by admin by some office bearer that downloaded from council site. But not able to find the online registration fees deposit profile in the site. If possible can anyone from admin elaborate the process to make us filling the form as well as to pay the fees (or) if possible send me details.

2. Just now renewed my council registration and going to Mumbai in person to apply and collect the certificate. Certificate has just 1 Year validity so, after 1 Year again this inconvenience. Why validity is just 1 year, increase it for 5 years, make whole thing easy for professionals?

3. I applied for Provisional registration in OTPT council. All the documents are verified in 2019. Still, I have not received the status or certificate (or) registration number & date. I am not able to understand, whom to contact. Sent lots of emails and contacted the office number, multiple times but, no response from anyone. My OTPT council application number is 2019000269. In case anything is pending from my side, let me know (or) where it is stuck. If the council can provide some details accordingly, I will comply with the rules and register in OTPT council.
