PNB Online Savings Account

** Applicant will start the process of filling the account opening form using link ‘Click Here To Start with new request’.

** The Applicant will fill his/ her name, mobile number and e-mail ID on the opened form. On submission, he/ she will get TCRN number (Temporary Customer Reference Number) on mobile as well as e-mail.
** For given TCRN number, customer will fill the online form by furnishing relevant details of account opening form.
** After submission, applicant will visit Bank’s branch along with TCRN, photo, ID Proof and Address Proof in original and copies. The KYC documents will be verified by the branch.

Proof of Identity

If the address on the document submitted for identity proof by the prospective customer is same as thatdeclared by him/her in the Account Opening Form (AOF), the document may be accepted as a valid proof of both identity and address
1 Passport
2 PAN card
3 Voter’s Identity Card
4 Driving licence
5 Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government [For Small Accounts]
6 The letter issued by UIDAI containing details of name, address and Aadhaar number

7 Identity card issued by following authorities (subject to the bank’s satisfaction)
a. Government/Defence ID card
b. ID cards of reputed Public Sector employers
c. Pension Payment Orders issued to the retired employees by Central/State Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings
d. Photo ID cards issued by Post Offices
e. Photo identity cards issued to bonafide students by a University, approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and/or anInstitute approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
f. Photo identity issued by any public authority having proper record of issuance of identity proof which is verifiable from records
g. Ex-Servicemen Card with photograph
h. Bar Council/ Medical Association/ Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India / Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Card with photograph.
i. Student Identity Card with photo issued by reputed colleges with validity during the course period.
j. Defense Dependent’s Card with photograph.

8 Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity and residence of the customer to the satisfaction of bank.
9 Married woman identity proof with maiden name, if supported with a verified true copy of marriage certificate
10 Credit card with photo together with statement of such card, not more than three months old.
11 Registered Property document with photo identity
12 Arms License issued by State / Central Government of India.
13 Freedom fighter’s pass issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India with photograph of applicant.
14 Employee State Insurance Card (ESIC) with photograph supported by latest month’s pay slip.
15 Talati / Patwari (a local govt. official) attestation by way of putting rubber stamp and signature. Gram Sarpanch / Mukhiya attestation by way of putting rubber stamp and signature.

NOTE: If passport having current address is given as proof of identity, there is no need to give separate proof for address.)
