1 What are the contact details of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances?

2. Where can the grievances be sent?
The grievances can be sent to :
a) The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.(DAR&PG) (pgportal.gov.in)

b) The Department of Pensions and Pensioners’ Welfare.(DP&PW) (pgportal.gov.in/pension/)
The above nodal agencies receive grievances online through pgportal.gov.in as well as by post or by hand in person, from the public.

3. How do I lodge the grievance?
The grievances can be lodged online on pgportal.gov.in.
In cases where internet facility is not available or even otherwise, the citizen is free to send her/his grievance by Post. There is no prescribed format.
The grievance may be written on any plain sheet of paper or on a Postcard / Inland letter and addressed to the Department.

4. What happens when I lodge the grievance?
The grievance is acknowledged online or by post. A unique registration number is given to each grievance.

5. How do I track my grievance?
It may be tracked on the pgportal by clicking view status and entering the unique registration number.

6. What happens to the grievances? How are the grievances dealt with in Central Ministries/Departments?
Every Central Ministry / Department has designated a Joint Secretary or a Director / Deputy Secretary, as its ‘Director of Grievances’. He / She is the nodal officer for redress of grievances on work areas allocated to that particular Ministry / Department.

7. After redress, can the grievance be re-opened for further correspondence about it having been closed without details etc.?
No. In such situations, the citizen will have to lodge a fresh grievance drawing reference to the closed grievance, and call for details.
Sometimes, the details are sent by post and mentioned in the final report. The postal delivery may be awaited before lodging a fresh grievance.

8. What are the contact details of the Nodal Officers of Public Grievances in Ministries/Departments?
The list is accessible on the Department’s website at darpg.nic.in and at pgportal.gov.in. In addition to this, it is also available in the Citizen’s Charter of the Ministries/Departments hosted on their websites.

9. What is the system of granting personal hearing on grievances?
Every Wednesday of the week has been earmarked for receiving and hearing of grievances by the Director of Public Grievances in person.

10. What are the types of grievances which are not taken up for redress by the Department?
(a). Subjudice cases or any matter concerning judgment given by any court.
(b). Personal and family disputes.
(c). RTI matters.
(d). Anything that impacts upon territorial integrity of the country or friendly relations with other countries.

1. I have submitted my grievance on 15th December 2017 and same is disposed and case closed on 19th January 2018 but, I have not received any letter by post (or) mail (or) any conclusion in PDF. I request you, please look into the matter and provide me decision given by grievance officer. My grievance registration number is DATOM/E/2017/00482.

2. Regarding my grievance payment, I am unable to get any further information from the DFS (External Affairs). Hence, I pray your goodself to kindly turn your view to this poorer and thus help me to know the status of my grievance payment at the earliest and oblige. All the works have completed. Since the technical problems arising in the websites, I am unable to visit their sites. Help me to know the current status of my issue at the earliest.

Features of CPGRAMS

CPGRAMS, or Centralized Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System, is an online platform that allows citizens to lodge grievances against government departments and organizations. The system was launched in 2005 by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS has a number of features that make it a powerful tool for citizen engagement and government accountability.

These features include:
** Online grievance registration: Citizens can lodge grievances online 24×7, from anywhere in the country.
** Automatic tracking: Once a grievance is registered, it is automatically tracked and monitored by the system. Citizens can also track the status of their grievances online.
** Multi-level redress: Grievances are redressed at multiple levels, from the department or organization where the grievance originated to the central government.
** Complaint management: The system provides a comprehensive complaint management system that helps to ensure that grievances are handled efficiently and effectively.
** Reporting: The system generates reports on the status of grievances, which are used to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Pmopg/d/2021/0192015 श्रीमान जी मैं सीआरपीएफ में भर्ती हुआ था तब दौड़ हाई जंप लोंग जंप सभी शर्तों को पास किया उसके बाद मेडिकल में कक्षा तक उतरवा लेते हैं तब जाकर मेडिकल पास होता है वह सर मैंने किया श्रीमान जी हमारे साथ जो अन्याय हुआ है उसका संतोषजनक समाधान निकालना श्रीमान जी हमारे दसवीं (10)पास की अंकसूची और अन्य कागज अभी भी के रि पु बल शिवपुरी में है जिससे प्रार्थी को कहीं भी रोजगार नहीं मिला श्रीमान जी उचित कार्रवाई कर दया पूर्वक निर्णय लें

  • I COMPLAINT AGAINST MY PREVIOUS COMPANY MOHAN JUTE MILLS LTD AT RAIGARH. MY PF CODE NO IS CG/53. I already lodge a complain against this company at PF office Raipur. I already submitted all documents to pf office but commissioner G.M.KAHOO is not taking any action against this company. Company is not depositing any pf contribution in my account from 2010 to 2016 but pf office Raipur calling by letter to present their office every month and harass me. At present I am suffering acute financial crisis.
