Where all can I use the DCB GiftCard?
The DCB GiftCard can be used at any shop, restaurant or outlets accepting Visa Cards in India. Please note that this card can be used in India only.

Can I withdraw cash with my DCB GiftCard?
The DCB GiftCard can only be used at shops or merchant establishments that accept Visa Cards. As per RBI Guidelines, DCB GiftCard is a prepaid card with a specific value loaded on it. It cannot be reloaded or used to withdraw cash from ATMs

Are there any limits to the amount that can be loaded on to the DCB GiftCard?
The DCB GiftCard can be loaded with any amount starting from a minimum of Rs. 500 till a maximum of Rs. 50,000

What is the validity of amount loaded on DCB Gift Card?
The amount loaded is valid for 1 year from the date of loading

How do I check the balance on my DCB GiftCard?
You can check the balance on your card through DCB Internet Banking, DCB Bank ATM and DCB Phone Banking. Your welcome kit comes with the ATM PIN and Internet Banking PIN. With DCB Internet Banking, you can also check the details of transactions carried out on your card.

Is the DCB GiftCard reloadable?
The DCB GiftCard is a non-reloadable card. It can be loaded only once at the time of issuance.

What do I do if my DCB GiftCard is lost or stolen?
Please call DCB 24-Hour Customer Care at 1800 209 5363 or visit your nearest DCB Bank branch. You would also need to file a report of the card loss with the police and submit a copy of the same to the branch. The card will be hot-listed or blocked immediately after you report the loss to us. The available amount minus reissuance charges would be loaded onto a fresh card and issued to the original card applicant.

What do I do on expiry of the DCB GiftCard?
On expiry, you need to handover the card to the nearest DCB Bank branch. Any available amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) and above at the time of expiry of the card shall be loaded onto a new card and will be issued to you after deducting the relevant fee. This is applicable provided a claim for such refund is made with the Bank not later than three months from the expiry of the card

What do I do when the balance on my DCB GiftCard becomes nil?
Please cut the card into four pieces and hand over the same to the nearest DCB Bank branch
