Internet Banking :

In continuation of our endeavor to provide more user friendly and improved Internet banking services, the daily fund transfer limits for Interbank transfers (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS) and Intra Bank transfers (third party accounts within the bank) have been enhanced to INR 5 lacs.

However, there is no cap on transfer of funds to your own accounts within the bank.

Beware of Phishing Attacks:
** Phishing is an attempt to seek your account details, password, personal details and other account related information through fraudulent emails, phone calls or sms.
** Bandhan Bank will never send any email or phone call or sms seeking these details.
** If you ever get any such mail or phone call or sms, please do no part with any information and notify the Bank immediately.
** Do not part with your login, password or any other personal information on phone or e-mail or sms.
** This may be phishing traps.

Please ensure the following before logging in :
** Please make sure that the URL address on the address bar of your internet browser starts with “https”; the letter ‘s’ at the end of “https” means ‘secured’.
** Please make sure that the padlock symbol LockImage appears either in the address bar or the status bar. Verify the security certificate by clicking on the padlock.
** The address bar turning green LockImage indicated that the site is secured with an SSL Certificate that meets the Extended Validation Standard.
** Do not enter login or other sensitivity information in any pop up window.

INTERNET BANKING ACCESS :
** For the purpose of availing Internet Banking, the User would need to have legal and valid access to the Internet and Bandhan Bank Ltd.’s Internet Banking Service.
** The User shall have the option of applying for facilities provided by Bandhan Bank Ltd. on Internet Banking.
** The facility to a User shall be extended subject to the User complying with Bandhan Bank Ltd.’s credit parameters and submitting all documents required by Bandhan Bank Ltd. in a physical form to Bandhan Bank Ltd.
** Bandhan Bank Ltd. may in its sole discretion reject the application for the facility by the User.
** The Internet Banking Service is restricted to account holders subject to bank’s / RBI extant guidelines and not offered in other jurisdictions / cross -borders.
** The User would be allotted a confidential Internet Banking User-id and a set of secret passwords by Bandhan Bank Ltd. in the first instance.
** The User will be required to change the password assigned by Bandhan Bank Ltd. on accessing Internet Banking for the first time.
** As a safety measure, the User shall change the password as frequently thereafter as possible.
** In addition to User-id and password Bandhan Bank Ltd. may, at its discretion, advice the User to adopt such other means of authentication including but not limited to digital certification and/or smart cards.
** The User shall not attempt or permit others to attempt accessing the Account information stored in the computers of Bandhan Bank Ltd. through any means other than the Internet Banking

INTERNET BANKING SERVICES :
** The Bank shall endeavor to provide to the User through Internet Banking services such as inquiry about the balance in his/her account(s), details about transactions, statement of account, request for issue of cheque-books, request for transfer of funds between accounts of the same User and other accounts and many other facilities as the Bank may decide to provide from time to time.

** These facilities shall be offered in a phased manner at the discretion of the Bank.
** The Bank at its sole discretion may also make additions/deletions to the Internet Banking Services being offered without giving any prior notices or reasons.
** The availability /non-availability of a particular service shall be advised through the web page of the Bank or written communication or any other mode as the Bank thinks fit.
