Important Updates

1. Corruption in payment of bills : Inquery can be conducted by the DM personally to elicit the truth so as to take preventive action to crub such practices in implementation of WSHP and to action as deem fit should be taken against the concerned who involved in corrupt practices wit.

2. Dealy in payment of bills : In receipt of the message the MIC shall immediately enquire whether any payment to be made to the eligible beneficiaries for the eligible stage of construction.If payment is pending due to MHO recommendation then the MIC shall take it to the notice of the.

3.Cement not available : If the query is the true then the Dy.EE shall organize immediate supply of cement to the godown and ensure issue to beneficiaries as per eligibility within time.report the action taken with details of No.of beneficiaries ,CRO No,date and quantity issued.

4.Cement not being issued : If the is true the WI/AE shall immediately arrange to issue cement to all eligible beneficiaries with recommendation of MHO with in the time and report the details of cement supplied along with CRO No,date and quantity issued.If the caller is other.

5.SHORTAGE OF BUILDING MATERIALS : In such cases the MHO/AE/WI shall prob the possibility of arranging supply of material by private production centres ,brick suppliers etc..by enforcing ceetain laws or supply from NK/SNK/MNK/VNK/. Report the action taken to DM with details materials supplies.

6.INELIGIBLE PEOPLE BEING PAID : The DY.EE upon receipt of the message shall immediately conduct thorough enquries personally and find out the truth in the querry.In case it is true list out the ineligibles reason wise and take action to cancel the house and to recover the amount alr.

7.ELIGIBLE PERSONS LEFT OUT : THE DY.EE shall write to the MHO concerned to verify eligibility of the caller and other left outs for new houses and send proposal to DM if they are found eligible .Inform to the caller accordingly.Reply should be given to DM mentioning the lr no.date a

8.WI NOT WORKING /VISITING : The DY.EE shall personally conduct discrete enqury and propose for action against the WI if the query is true .Otherwise ignore it and inform the caller accordingly .send reply to DM with facts with in time.

9.DEFECTS IN QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION : This arises when the construction work is entrusted to constructors.On receipt of the Message the DEE shall thoroughly inspect the work and find out the quality of work done and take appropriate corrective action to maintain required quality standards in it.

10.BANK NOT COOPERATING /OPENING A/C : The Dy.DEE shall persuade the Banker through MHOs to open account to beneficiaries .Reoly should be sent to DM with details a/c s opened by banker.

11.ANY OTHER :All miscellaneous queries shall be enquried by the DEE concerned and take appropriate action to rectify/prevent the irregularities and proper implementation of INDIRAMMA housing .Send reply to DM with action taken with in time

Functions of APSHCL

The Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL) is a wholly owned state government company that was incorporated in July 1979. The main objective of APSHCL is to provide housing for the poor and weaker sections of society in Andhra Pradesh.

You can register a complaint with the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation (APSHC) online through their website.

    1. Information available from the Official Website :

      Normally the payments are released in (3) stages
      a). After completion of the basement – Rs.3,200/-
      b). After completion of roof level – Rs.9,305/-
      c). Roof casting – Rs.9,305/-

    We would like to bring to your notice that no one is responsible for anything in this government. We have been selected for NTR Housing scheme. We constructed full house including RC. But when we search in your website and it is still showing BL Stage and payment release for it is 15k.

    But we did not received any fund in our account. First of all your website don’t have contact details of local officers. So whom we have to contact? I think your website is not updating in regular intervals. Why are you simply putting schemes for people? If you cannot do please don’t tell people as you can do everything. We took money for interest and complete building. Now who will be responsible for this?

    I think your local officers are not capable to handle these works. When they took pictures of buildings, why don’t they updating in your website? When we contact them they don’t answer for anything. This seems very easy work but staffs are not capable. We are simply paying them salaries in the form of taxes.

    Hope you can check these types of issues and take actions.
