DIGIWIN Lucky Draw Scheme :

Following channels shall be eligible for the contest :
** eBanking
** Mobile Banking

** POS
** FI Channel
** Credit Card

The prizes have been so distributed that the scheme runs for six weeks, with a weekly zone wise prize for each channel. Scheme with all the proposed terms and conditions is detailed hereunder;

Name of the scheme : JK Bank DigiWin
Eligible group : Retail individual customers of J&K Bank
Amount allocated : Rs. 6,00,000/- per channel amounting to Rs,36,00,000/= for six channels

Weekly prizes : Zone wise, one smart phone worth Rs.6,000/= for each channel for 15 zones totaling to 90 phones every week. The winners will be chosen for individual zones separately. This will ensure representation of customers from all zones of the Bank.

In addition to this there will be a bumper prize worth 24000/= which shall be in the form of cash back after deducting applicable TDS. The amount shall be credited to the winners account. This prize shall be given to 15 customers from 15 zones.

Based on the above eligibility criteria winners will be selected through a lucky draw. The draw shall be held for each zone and each channel separately.

This means that every week fifteen (15) draws shall be conducted for each channel, thereby a total number of 90 draws to select 90 winners weekly. The names of the winners shall be published in local dailies besides on bank’s website and social media pages.

The winners of 15 bumper prizes proposed at the end of the scheme shall be selected based on the highest Self-service to Branch transaction ratio. For the purpose of self-service transactions, all digital financial transactions shall be considered.

The sum total of transactions during the entire period of six weeks of the campaign done by individual customers shall be considered for selecting the winners. In case of tie for any position at any of the zones for any of the channels the winner shall be decided by a draw

Terms & Conditions :
** JK Bank shall, with the help of India Post/Courier/Bank’s rider hereinafter referred to as the authorized vendor, attempt to have the prizes delivered at the registered mailing address of the winning Participant or shall get the prize delivered in a function organized by the Bank or through the customers base branch.

In case of a NRI participant being a winner, JK Bank shall, with the help of the authorized vendor, attempt to have the Prize delivered at the India address as confirmed in writing by the winner NRI participant.

If the Prize is undelivered, JK Bank shall, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the Prize delivered one more time.

If the Prize is still undelivered, JK Bank shall hold the Prize till June 30, 2017, within which period, the Participant should contact JK Bank to avail the Prize along with payment of all applicable taxes, duties and levy.

After the termination of this time period, JK Bank shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Prize item.

In order for the Prize to be delivered to the eligible and winning Participant, the Participant understands and permits JK Bank shall share the Participant’s details like name, address, phone number etc.

with the authorized vendor for delivery of the Prize item and shall also publish the winners name print and electronic media besides publishing it on Bank’s corporate website and social media sites.

** The Participants who are the winners of any of the Prize will have to pay tax if applicable at the rate prevailing as per applicable law at the time of delivery. The Bank shall intimate the prospective winner of the amount of any such tax payable by him/her along with the mode of payment.

** Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the winner Participant due to provision of the Prize, shall be to the sole account of the winner Participant.

Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Prize shall be reimbursed by the winner Participant before the delivery of such Prize.

** The Winners list for a Week will be published on the website Official Website in addition to local dailies of J&K. This will be the name of all eligible Winners, who have won Prizes.

** No substitutions or exchange of Prize, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Participant shall be allowed.

However, JK Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Prize or any of them on account of non-availability of Prize, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Participant.

** JK Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Prize.

Other Terms & Conditions :
** The contest is valid for J&K bank customers using J&K bank’s Digital products which include, Debit cards, Credit cards, eBanking, Mobile Banking, FI Solution and POS.

** The contest is valid between 02-04-2017 to 13-05-2017 (“Contest Period”), both days inclusive. The draw shall be held on every Monday.
** Only financial transactions/Activations as the case may be on Digital channels and FI Channel will be considered for the Contest.

** Only retail transaction to be considered for the campaign.
** Only retail individual customers are eligible for the contest.

** A Participant can win only once in the category of weekly winner during the campaign period. Any Participant Winning a weekly Prize continues to be eligible to participate in the Bumper lucky Draw.

** A Participant can win only once in the category of weekly winner during the contest period.
** Only successful financial transactions/activations as the case may be shall be considered for evaluating the eligibility.

** Customer/s who’s any account has been classified as delinquent before or during the campaign period will not be eligible for the benefits of the offer. Bank’s discretion in this regard shall be final.
