FAQ On Andhra Pradesh WebLand

Q1) Is Field Demarcation of Land necessary before buying and Registering Land?
Ans) Yes, before buying Land in any Sy. No in any Village, it is recommended that the Land in question is surveyed, since it gives the exact measurement. It will be entered in the Registered Document and the buyer would not be put to monetary Loss.

Q2) What is the Fees to be paid when a Private Party applies for Demarcation of Field Boundaries in Villages?
Ans) The fees prescribed for demarcation upto 4 Sy Nos irrespective of extent is Rs 100/-. It should be remitted in any nearest SBH Branch,/Sub-Treasury Office, under the following Head of Account. 0029 Land Revenue. 106 Other Receipts 01 Survey, Settlement Charges.

Q3) What is the Fees to be paid when a Private Party applies for Appeal on Demarcation of Field Boundaries in Villages?
Ans) For all appeals the Fee and the Head of Account is same as above.

Q4) How to apply for Copy of Panchanama after the demarcation of the Field ?
Ans) On completion of demarcation the applicant may get copy of the Panchanama conducted by representing on a paper with required Stamp fee of about Rs 2/-, before the concerned MRO/AD as the case may be.They also have to supply Folio papers.

Q5) What are the Documents that have to be enclosed when a Private Party applies for Demarcation of Field Boundaries in Villages?
Ans) The applicant Land Holders/Pattedars intending to get their Lands demarcated have to file an application for demarcation before the M.R.O concerned along with the following papers. The Certified Copy of the Sy. No. for which demarcation is required.

This copy should be issued by the M.R.O and should be for the current year. or Attested copy of the Pattedar Pass Book. or Attested Copy of the Registered Sale Deed.

Q6) How to apply for certified copies of public documents / survey records in Districts?
Ans) The Parties have to apply before the concerned M.R.O for F.M.B / Extract of village map.

They have to apply before A.D.S& LRs of the concerned Dist. for Tippon / Extract of village map (Telengana Region).The fees will be same as for demarcation and the method is also same

    ISSUE OF DUPLICATE PATTA-EXMILITARY :
    I am an ex-serviceman retd from Air Force on 31 Aug 1992.I have issued proceedings of MRO, Nallajerla
    Sub : ASSIGNMENT ; Nallajerls Nandal-Grant to landless poor Sri B Narayanarao, Ex-Military Pothavaram, Nallajerls Mandal- orders issued on 25 May 1989(Anumunilanka Village, RS No.506/1P Extent 2.38 acres Classification Assigned waste) and then PATTA also issued in that effect. Unfortunately I lost Patta along with other important documents in transit. I wrote so many ltrs/personal visits to MRO, Nallajerls for issue of duplicate patta, for there is no use. Whether I will get duplicate patta in that effect or not?
    It is also noticed that my name reflected in Annexure 1 and sl No 53 of page 20 IN PROFORMA FOR FURNISHING DETAILS OF PROPERTIES UNDER SEC 22-A (1) (a) OF REGN ACT 1908FOR PROHIBITION –
    NALLAJERLA MANDAL.
