e-Mitra is an integrated project to facilitate the urban and the rural masses with maximum possible services related to different state government departments through Lokmitra-Janmitra Centers/Kiosks.

2. About LOKMITRA centers?
The Lokmitra is a one stop , citizen friendly computerized service delivery center to provide a wide range of citizen friendly services under one roof so that the citizens do not have to run around various departments. Lokmitra is basically a urban centric project with more thrust on utility payments.

3. About JanMITRA kiosk?
JANMITRA is an integrated e-platform through which rural population of Rajasthan can get desired information and avail services related to various government departments at kiosks near their doorsteps It is a rural centric project with thrust on service delivery system.

Kiosks are service centers in form of small enterprise from where the citizens can avail the services of different departments.

e-Mitra is password protected i.e. the access to the service or to any of your personal or financial information on the web-site is provided only if a user provides the valid Login Name and Password.

** Registration Id is mandatory for any citizen to avail any of the services through Internet (e-Mitra website).
