Services
OSRTC mainly operates four types of coaches namely :
** HI COMF – 3 by 2 comfortable coach
** HI TECH – 2 by 2 luxury coach
** Non-AC Deluxe – 2 by 2 Non-AC coach
** LCV coach
The Corporation runs 189 services including some Interstate services.

Special Services :
Special services are run by the Corporation during festival time such as Car Festival or natural calamities like flood.

Reserving a bus
For reserving a bus the administrative head of the nearest unit is to be contacted. The charges are as follows :

Reserving Convention Centre at Cuttack :
OSRTC has a Convention Centre at Cantonment Road, Cuttack which is given on rent for functions such as Marriage, Bratopanayan, and Meetings etc. It has two big halls and a space for cooking besides a large empty space. For booking, W.E., Central Store, Cuttack, Tel – 0671-2312166 may be contacted.

FAQs :
Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way?
BUSINDIA does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost.

I’ve lost my ticket what do I do now?
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding.

If you have not received your ticket to the mail id you provided, we have flexibility that you will receive a message directly to your mobile from BUSINDIA immediately after booking ticket, you can give the PNR Number in website and you can take a printout.

Can I cancel the ticket?
Yes. The tickets booked through BUSINDIA can be cancelled*. Money is transferred back to the passenger’s credit/debit card.

Please note that the cancellation fee as applicable will be deducted from the fare and cancellation can be done only three hours before departure time of the bus. Please contact our help (support [AT] busindia.com) for service specific details.

I missed the bus. Do I get refund?
BUSINDIA provides 100% refund if the bus service is cancelled by the partnering SRTU. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to BUSINDIA or its partnering SRTU it does not provide any refund.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards
** Visa.
** MasterCard.

What payment options do i have?
The different payment options are
** Pay through Credit card.
** Pay through Cash.
