1. e-Enrolment Of Transporter

1. Applicant must have a valid E-Mail address and PAN before going for e-application for Transporter’s enrolment.

2. Select the online application type.
3. On the “Transporter Info/Form 10 ” page, applicant should enter all details. After filing of “Transporter Info/Form 10″ page, applicant may click other tabs for entering

4. Applicant may Save the Application partially and then he can proceed later on using his/her Pan No. and Trade Licence No.
5. After applying , applicant can not change his/her PAN No, Trade Licence Number (Selected in Form-10) .

6. Other pages of the application are :
a) Branch office details/Addl. Place of business inside West Bengal.
b) Branch office details/Addl. Place of business outside West Bengal.

c) Warehouse address &Factory Details.
d) Contact Person Details.
e)Bank Details.

7. For Proprietorship / Partnership firm, then Annexure – A should be mandatorily filled in. If the applicant dealer’s firm is Pvt. Company, Annexure-B should be mandatorily filled in

8. At least the mandatory details such as Name, Trade Name, Address of Principal place of business, Status of business, Nature of business, Occupancy status of applicant, status of applicant etc. should be filled in.

9. In case the data in any of the fields is not entered, then the applicant would get error message and would be prompted to enter the said data.
10.After submitting the completely filled application an Acknowlegdement slip will be generated with ‘APPLICATION NO’.

11. Applicant can take the print out of ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO with data. For all further correspondences please mention Application Number.

2. View Application Status :

3. Reprint Acknowledgement Number :
For Transporter Enrolment Acknowledgement Reprint please enter the below details,
1. PAN No.
2. Trade License No.
3. Click on the Submit button

4. Certificate Of Enrolment :
1. If you have already filled the Login Details SIGN IN using your username and password.

2. If you are a first time user, please create your Login Details SIGN UP using your PAN No. and Trade License No. as provided at the time of Tranporter Enrolment Application

FAQs :
1. How To Get User-Id And Password After Getting New Registration?
Dealer himself has to create user-id and password through the link given in the website as Generate of User-id providing registration no, pan no and the mail-id recorded in database.

2. How To Know The User-Id Only?
In case the dealer forgets or loses his user-id, the dealer himself can know his user-id through the link given in the website as Generate of User-id providing registration no, pan no and the mail-id recorded in database.

3. How To Change Password ?
There are two options to change the password :
i) Through Change password link only available after login : dealer can change his password after successful login through the link provided at top left side of the screen appeared.

ii) Using forget password link available in the normal login screen : dealer can change his password through this link himself providing hint question and the answer. On successful matching system will sent a temporary password along with assigned user-id to the mail-id recorded in database.

4. How To Get User-Id And Password- In Case It Is Forgotten Or Lost?
Dealers are requested to approach his Charge/Group Officer and apply for “resetting” his password along with an undertaking that he would be responsible for any action arising out of the use of such reset password.

When the Charge Group Officer is satisfied about the bona fide of the application, the Charge/Group Officer would write an email to the Helpdesk at <cthelpdeskwb [AT] nic.in> for resetting the password. Accordingly dealer will get the Temporary Password to the mail-id mentioned.

5. How To Get User-Id And Password In Case Of Restoration Of A Cancelled Dealer?
** If a dealer have generated password or submitted either or any e-Return under the WBST, VAT and/or CST Act before cancellation and now unable to recall the same or unable to login, he may complete the procedure through Forgot Password option himself or may approach his concerned charge/group officer for resetting of password procedure as mentioned in Sl. No. 4 above.

** In case of a cancelled dealer who didn’t create password at all before cancellation will have to create his own User-ID and Password himself through the link given in the website as Generate of User-id providing registration no, pan no and the mail-id recorded in database.

** In case the change/reset of password either done by dealer himself or by the department concerned, system will always provide temporary password for initial login to create new password.

A dealer logging with temporary password will get the message like – ‘You are entering for the first time, Change your password – Go to change password’ in order to create new password.
