Procedure :
Steps 1 : Logon to HUDA Web Portal i.e. Then click on the link Check Online Payment Status

Step 2 : New Screen will appears and select the mode from which the payment is made.
1)BillDesk Aggregator
2)Atom Aggregator
3)UPI Payments

Step 3 : New Screen will appears
You will get the list of transactions made through selected option. In that list there will be 3 types of Status.

1) Success
: The transaction having status as “Success” means the transaction is completed (transaction receipt also generated or can be generate) and also shown in allottee’s HUDA account statement.

2) Transaction Failed
: The transaction having status as ” Transaction Failed” means the transaction is cancelled by user or unsufficient funds or transaction not attempted or network failure.

3) Pending for Confirmation
: The transaction having status as ” Pending for Confirmation” means the transaction is pending. The allottee bank account is debited but not shown in allottee’s HUDA account statement. In this case Allottee should select the incomplete transaction. The Track ID will automatically appear in the textbox

Step 4 : When Track ID appears, please click on “Check Status” button. The system will re-push and result will be displayed as per bank response i.e. SUCCESS or FAILURE. In Case of Failure : Please contact at HUDA help desk 1800-180-3030 (Toll Free)

Guidelines for Post allotment Payments (Off Line Mode) :
The user id and password is provided by concerned Estate Office for that particular plot to the allottee.

Step 1 : User Log In
** Allottees will open official website in his web browser; “Login to your Account” section will be available on the home page of the portal.

** The allottee is authenticated by the system. In case of an authentication failure, HUDA Portal will throw an error message quoting login failure. In case of more than five unsuccessful login attempts, Portal will block the user name and password of the allottee.

In this case a message screen will be displayed to the allottee stating that his account has been blocked and he may get his new password by clicking on Forget Password link.

Step 2 : Click to Print off line Challan.
Step 3 : Copy of challan is as Follows, Allottee will take the print out of this challan, fill their dues and submit to concerned bank.

Guidelines for Post allotment Payments (On Line Mode) :
** Allottee will click on Online Payments link on the Home Page of the Portal.
** A web page will open asking username and password (When Allottee was not logged in). After login allottee will get the Online Payment page.

** Allottee has to enter the amount and select a Payment Header under which he want to pay his amount, after that click on Make Payment button. He will get List of Bank page, as shown below.
** When you select an option bank for payment, portal will redirect you to bank site. Like if you select BillDesk, the portal redirect you to Billdesk
** The portal will give you the successful transaction details. You can take print of that page also via click on Print Receipt button
Note : To pay online allottee has to login first

How to get User ID & Password :
This is an important Service where an allottee can see the details of his/her Plot including Financial Transcations made with HUDA. This feature enables the allottee to make online payments through Payment Gateway.

User ID & Password for online Sectors have been dispatched from the concerned Estate Office at the Correspondence address available in HUDA records. In case the same has not been received you can apply to the concerned Estate Officer.
