DSIIDC Relocation Regulations

The rules and regulations relevant to DSIIDC Relocation Division

Ground Rent :
An amount equal to 2.5 % of the total cost of the plot payable in January and July every year. Ground Rent Payment
** It is the Applicant’s responsibility to ensure he/she pays the Ground Rent as applicable under Relocation Scheme.

** When the A pplicant successfully completes the online payment transaction using credit/debit cards option, funds will be deducted from the credit/debit card mentioned by the applicant and the payments will be credited to DSIIDC Relocation Scheme Ground Rent Account.c )
** Any payment received through this website will be treated as having been made by the applicant even though the same may have been made by some other person/party and hence DSIIDC, shall not entertain any correspondence from any person other than the

Applicant Confirmation :
** If the Applicant’s online payment is successful, DSIIDC, will confirm the same.
** In case of unsuccessful online payment, DSIIDC, will advise the applicant accordingly. Refund Policy
** Once an Applicant has paid the Ground Rent under Relocation Scheme no refund will be made by DSIIDC.
