Issue Of Senior Citizen Certificate

Procedure :
** Permanent Residence Certificate Case to be handled within 1 day after the receipt of application. Dealing Assistant should take action before the end of 2nd working day from date of application.

** Approving Authority to review the Application and take appropriate action (Approve / Reject / Verify) within 4 days from the date of the application.
** The Service is to be catered to within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application

** Age Proof Certificate attested by Competent Authority (Govt. Medical/Health Officer) OR any document of proof of age CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator
** Passport size photograph CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator
** Other Documents (if any) CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator
** Proof of retired Govt. servant CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator
** For the citizen other than Retired Govt. Servent – Copy of voter list of 1966 CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator
** For the citizen other than Retired Govt. Servent – Copy of land document CSC / Facilitaion Center Operator

The e-District project is an important enhancement of the State’s e-Governance implementation programme, in which majority of the G2C and G2G services are delivered by the district administration leveraging Information, Communication and Technology (ICT). This project is a Mission Mode Project (MMP) under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP),funded by Government of India. People have better access to the affairs around them today mainly due to influence of the media. People get to know about the world around them and will certainly want the good things around them to be adapted by their local government.

A customer care center has to be implemented by the government in order to let the people express their views and concerns. It will help the government to gain ideas about the needs of the citizens through an efficient citizen management system.
