** Receipt of property tax
** In the case of a lease rental agreements, the consent of the building and evidence of property ownership
** A copy of property card

** Power of attorney letter, if applicable
** Receipt of Revenue / Mahesul
** Notarised Succession genealogy
** Certified copy of will
** Copy of probate obtained on bases of Will
