Online Water Bill Payment

Guidelines :
** For Online Water Payment, user will have to register by entering Consumer ID, Email-ID and image/captcha displayed on the register screen.

** After registration, user will get password on entered Email-ID.
** Now, user will login into website by entering Consumer-ID and password provied on Email-ID.

** After logining, user will click on menu item “Display Water Bill Details” under menu “Water Bill”.
** On Clicking, user will get summary of water bill details on grid.

** User can click “view details” on grid for viewing water bill and make a payment.
** Pay Online button will be available at the botton on the screen.

** User can click on Pay Online button to proceed payment of Water Bill.
** Online payment through Credit card/Debit Card should be made three days prior to the last date of payment.

Online Building Permit System

Ever since its inception in 1957, Delhi Development Authority has pioneered the process of development in the city.

A Master Plan was formulated by DDA in 1962, which ensured a balanced development of Delhi by creating new residential extension areas which were self-contained and provided a healthy and secure environment.

The plan was revised in 1982 and now DDA is all set to meet the challenge of accommodating the needs of the projected population of 128 lakhs by the end of this decade with its comprehensive Master Plan for Delhi 2001.

1. Where do I report in case of any illegal/unauthorized construction/misuse in DDA flats?
In cases of notified areas (which are maintained by DDA ), complaint can be made to the respective Executive Engineer of DDA of the respective area for taking action against the unauthorized construction/encroachment/misuse.

Whereas in case of de-notified areas (which are under MCD) , the complainant can report to the Zonal Asstt. Commissioner of the respective MCD.

2. . Can I convert my flat from lease hold to free hold, in case of any unauthorized construction?
The flat can be converted from lease hold to free hold even if it has any unauthorized construction.

3. From where can I buy conversion booklet?
Conversion Booklet can be obtained from any nearby NSK or at DDA VikasSadan counter.
4. Is conversion allowed in case it is subjudiced before the court of law?
No

5. Where can I apply for conversion.
The applicant/owner of the flat can visit the NagrikSuvidhaKendras situated at
(i) DDA office complex at DeepaliChowk (Saraswati Vihar Chowk), Rohini;
(ii) DDA office complex, Sheed bad Park (Pushta) Laxmi Nagar;
(iii) Dwarka; DDA office complex Central Nursery, Sector-5 and
(iv) NSK,VikasSadan, INA, New Delhi.
