Mobile Recharge :
1. Who can avail this facility?
All account holders of Dena Bank having ATM/Debit card and who are availing the Mobile Services of the following Mobile Operators can avail this facility
** Orange
** Airtel
** Idea
** BPL
** Reliance ..
In future, more Mobile Operators will be added to the current list of five operators.

2. What are charges for using this facility?
The service is absolutely free of cost.

3. What are the ways to do recharge?
Mobile Recharge can be done through
1. ATM
2. Mobile Handset (through SMS).

In this case, the customer has to register himself for the service through the ATM. This registration is a one time process and once the customer registers, he can continue to do the recharge Mobile Handset.

4. How to register through the ATM for Recharge service through Mobile Hand set?
If customer wants to do recharge through ATM, Registration is not required. However, if the customer wants to do recharge through his Mobile, he/she has to register for the same through the ATM.

If the customer wants to avail this facility through the Mobile set, it will be available for only the primary account linked with the card. The registration process through the ATM is as follows
** Insert the ATM/Debit Card
** Enter the PIN for the Card

** Select option “Services” from the main menu shown on ATM screen
** Select option “Register for SMS” shown on ATM screen
** Enter your prepaid mobile number prefixed by 91
** After this the details will be sent for registration to the Mobile service provider

In case registration is successful, the customer will receive SMS giving him the access code for doing the recharge through the Mobile. The three digit operator code of the Mobile Operator will also be sent to the customer through SMS.

5. How to do recharge through ATM?
The procedure for doing the recharge in ATM is as follows
** Insert the ATM/Debit Card
** Enter the PIN for the Card.
** Select option “Mobile Top up”
** Enter your prepaid mobile number prefixed by 91

** Enter the amount to recharge (The customer can recharge for minimum amount of Rs.60/- and maximum amount of Rs.7000/-). The amount should be integer i.e. without decimal point.
** Select the account type (Saving, Current)

** Select the account number in case of multiple accounts
** On successful recharge, the customer will receive a message by SMS from the Mobile Operator that the recharge has been processed.
** The ATM screens are themselves self-explanatory and will guide the customer for doing the recharge.

6. How to do recharge through SMS?
The customer has to type the following messaging format in the mobile and SMS to mobile operator. (The three digit operator code of the Mobile Operator will be given to the customer through SMS when the customer has registered through the ATM .The procedure is given below in the Registration Procedure)

XXXX is the four digit access code given to the customer by the Mobile Operator through SMS when the customer has registered through the ATM as per the procedures mentioned above in the Registration Procedure

The amount should be integer i.e. without decimal point. ( Thecustomer can recharge for minimum amount of Rs, 60 and maximum amount of Rs. 7,000/-)
