To encourage socially-minded philanthropic persons, who would like to donate money for the education of orphans and children with special needs belonging to Brahmin Community in Andhra Pradesh.

Objective :
To encourage socially-minded philanthropic persons, who would like to donate money for the education of orphans and persons with special needs (such as autistic or severely challenged – physically or mentally) belonging to Brahmin community in Andhra Pradesh.

Modalities :
** Donors can be of any community, with a large hearted intent to help needy and helpless orphans and persons with special needs to get education from 1st class to Post-graduation, or inmates of special institutions for mentally challenged and autistic persons.

** ABC will receive donations to meet the expenses of education, such as Tuition Fee, Books, Lodging and Boarding in respect of orphans and persons with special needs (such as mentally or physically handicapped )
** The minimum amount of donation should be Rs.500, and higher amounts in multiples of 500 per month / quarter or larger amounts annually.

** The donation received will be utilised towards educational expenses of eligible applicants under the “Sindhutai Sapakal Scheme for Educating Orphans & Persons with Special Needs”.

** ABC will be responsible for utilizing the amount received under this scheme. The State Level Selection Committee will approve the eligible applicants and ensure the funds received under this scheme are utilized for their educational expenses, periodically.

Registration of Donors :
** Interested donors may register online and indicate the amounts they wish to donate and the mode of payment. (In case of any difficulty contact Toll Free No. 1800 102 3579)

** Selected orphans and persons with special needs shall be listed in the Corporation’s website.
** Donors can also “adopt” a child or person from the list to provide long-term and complete support for his/her education.

** Donors may choose a student or person from the list that they want to extend the help to, but final assignment (donor-beneficiary mapping) will be done by ABC’s State Level Selection Committee based on the donation amount, students’ need, priority, and number of donors available.
