All are requested to check their educational qualifications in hrms portal through employee self-service

1. What is m-Passbook?
M-Passbook or mobile Passbook is yet another innovative offering through State Bank of India. This is an electronic passbook, which can be used for storing and recording your transaction account activities.

Transactions can be synced/ updated manually into your m-Passbook at any time of the day after logging into State Bank Anywhere. Once updated, you would be able to see your transactions in your m-passbook, stored in your device.

This is an added convenience to viewing and monitoring your transactions history, without contacting Banks system/server every time for retrieving transactions.

M-Passbook is absolutely free of charge is part of State Bank Anywhere. Every SBI retail internet banking user can download State Bank Anywhere from Google Play Store and start using m-Passbook

2. How to register for State Bank Anywhere?
All the retail internet banking users registered for can avail this service with their username and password. New users can approach their branch to register for internet banking service.

3. Can I access from multiple mobile phones or only one mobile phone?
State Bank Anywhere is accessible from any mobile phone with Android (OS 2.3+) and/or IPhone (IOS 4.1+) and/or Blackberry (OS 10 and above), having internet connectivity.

4. What are the charges for availing this service?
Like our internet banking OnlineSBI, the mobile version is also free of any charges. However, the Internet usage charges payable to the Telecom Service provider will apply. Please contact your telecom operator for the internet usage charges.

1. I am a SBI Pensioner and my PF Number is 0471941. I am getting repeated SMS reminders for submission of IDF and am struggling to get the format in Net. My every attempt under “HRMS IDF format” it goes to IDF Bank and so many other sites which are unrelated to me. Please advise me the correct web site name so, that I can try to get the format and submit the same. Incidentally, I have no figures to report other than the health insurance premium which figure is already known to the bank when my policy B (United India Insurance IDAL). I would request you please consider that. `

2. My PF number is 1910612. I got retired from SBI from Hyderabad Circle. I joined REMBS under old scheme called scheme-E, remitting Rs.62,000/- by a DD in January duly acknowledged by SBI. But so far, I have not yet received ID cards for self and spouse from the Insurance authorities, though almost 1 year is over by now. Mails sent to Insurance authorities, DGM, VISAKHAPATNAM, AGM (HR)LHO, Hyderabad, CGM, LHO, HYDERABAD, and Gen. Secretary, Pensioners’ Association did not bear any fruit. Could you please intervene in the matter and get me both ID cards?

3. I am retired from SBI Zonal Office, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Circle. My PF Number is 2453835. I took VRS on 2001 and retired on 31_3_2001. My basic pension should be restored on April 2016. Till date the authorities have not done it even after several representations. What steps should I take to get back my original pension?

Error / Problem:
1. I am unable to make new registration in pension HRMS site. I retired on 31/12/2016. First pension credited to my pension account on 25/01/2017 on submission same screen appears and no OTP received.

2. My PF index number is 896799. I tried to enter my savings in PPL account for the year 2016-17 in the declaration form of investment details but I am getting a remark ‘Data not saved for submission’ and the savings are not indicated in the gross pension when I view. Please let me know the reason.
