Accommodation Rates :
** (Per Cottage Per Night for Indians) at Dudhwa – INR 3000/- for Double Occupancy & INR 2000/- for Single Occupancy

Other Charges :
Since the sanctuary is a protected area under management of UP Forest department, the entry/visit by the visitors inside is regulated by the forest department.

Accordingly, the rules made in this regard are to be strictly adhered. Following entry fees are charged by the forest department, which has been included in the room tariff. Photography – Charges as per UP Forest Department rules, not included in Room Tariff

Reservation :
Reservation can be made online or from the office of Regional Manager (Ecotourism) UP Forest Corporation, 21/475 Indira Nagar Lucknow. Tel: 0522 – 2358950

Cancellation Policy :
Bookings made by the guests can be cancelled at least three days before arrival date. No refund would be given for cancellations after this.

If the bookings are cancelled between 10 days from the date of visit , 75% amount will be refunded and If the bookings are cancelled before 10 days 100% amount shall be refunded directly to the bank account of the user.

Also, in case of failed bookings when the money has been deducted, the entire amount shall be refunded to the same account. The user is also advised to send an email giving details for such deductions to

Terms & Conditions :
** Remember that this is your eco visit so don’t expect modern facilities like A.C. , T.V. , WiFi etc.
** Power Supply for fan and electricity is subject to the availability of Power and Solar Light Condition.
** Tarrif will be admissible on the date of the visit as per the government rate.

Katarniyaghat Tariff :
Accommodation Rates : (Per Tiger Camp & Leopard Hut Per Night for Indians) at Katerniaghat- INR 2500/- for Double Occupancy & INR 1500/- for Single Occupancy (Per Tiger Camp & Leopard Hut and Per Night for Foreigners) INR 4500/- For Double Occupancy & INR 3000/- for Single Occupancy

Inclusive :
** Welcome Drink & Break Fast.
** Entry Fee in the Sanctuary Per Person/Trip – Rs. 50/-
** Paid Lunch and Dinner available

** 1 children up to 6years is free without extra bed
** The Check-In and Check-Out Timings are as follows.
** Check-in time – 1 P.M, Check out time – 11 A.M

** Extra Bed charges (Maximum one per room) for third person – Rs. 1000 per night for Indians and Rs. 1500 for Foreigners of Room Rent. In no case, more than three persons would be allowed to stay in one room , except children as per the details given above.
