Who can Apply

Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka Provides Hostel Facility to the students belonging to Schedule Caste along with following criterias :
** Whose Family Income is below 2.5 Lakhs for Postmatric and below 6 Lakhs for Prematric.
** Students who are currently studying.
** Students residing in Karnataka.

How to Apply

Registration :
Using your Aadhaar Card Number Regsiter with us providing all required Information.
Confirmation :
After Registration, get the acknowledgement signed from your Institution Head and provide to Taluk SWD Office.

Verification :
Department will Verify your documents and information provided by you and proceed it to further process.
Allotment :
If you are an eligible student you will Get Hostel Alloted to you based on verification and confirmation will be sent to you.

Required Information

** Aadhaar Number – Provide your Aadhaar Number and Name as in your Aadhar card.
** Caste Certificate Number – 15 digits RD number of your caste certificate.

** Income Certificate Number – 15 digits RD number of your income certificate.
** Last Passed Marks Card – Upload scanned image of Recently passed marks card. Size of document should not exceed 1mb.

** Profile Photo – Upload scanned image of your passport size photo. Size should not exceed 1mb.
** Mobile Number – Provide your currently active mobile number for further communications with you.

Students studying above SSLC / 10th class.
1. Enter Your Aadhaar Number
2. Enter Your Name As In Aadhaar
3. Gender – Male or Female or Transgender
4. Answer Security Question like 10 + 6 =

5. I hereby give my consent to Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka to obtain my Aadhaar number, for authentication with UIDAI and Bank Details.

The Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka has informed me that my identity information would only be used for the seeding within the department and for DBT purposes and also informed that my biometrics will not be stored / shared and will be submitted to CIDR only for the purpose of authentication.

Re-Print Acknowledgement

Please enter the below details to Print your Acknowledgement,
1. Select Current Financial Year
2. Enter Aadhaar Number
3. Select Date Of Birth
4. Click on the Re-Print button
