Procedure involved to get this service :
** To get this certificate candidate should submit the prescribed application to the Board of Technical examination 1 Eligibility Certificate to join Diploma in Karnataka state Candidates other than who have passed SSLC in Karnataka should take Eligibility certificate form Board of Technical Examination 1 Prescribed application will be available in sakala website 2 Fee for candidates who have studied and passed the SSLC or Equivalent with in India is Rs 1000 and fee for candidates who have studied and passed SSLC or Equivalent outside India is RS 2000 3 Fee for Eligibility certificate can be paid in the Treasury with account no 020202101001 or in any government polytechnic 4 Candidate who have studied and passed SSLC or Equivalent out side India will get Eligibility certificate only after getting the equivalent certificate from association of Indian universities new Delhi. Eligibility certificate will be issued based on this certificate

Form to be submitted to get this service :
** Students who have studied S.S.L.C or Equivalent outside Karnataka and willing to study Diploma with in Karnataka
** Documents to be enclosed with the request
** Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service Fee for candidates who have studied and passed the SSLC or Equivalent with in India is Rs 1000 and fee for candidates who have studied and passed SSLC or Equivalent outside India is RS 2000

** Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered 30 Working Days
** approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer Joint Director (Exams),DTE
** Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer 7 Working Days
** to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented- Director, DTE
** Maximum no. of days to wait to get the decision of Appellate Authority 7 Working Days

Work Flow

** Received Application From Student By Bte Tappal Section Should Distribute To Ers1 Case Worker After Getting Signature From Registrar Of Exams 3.00 Case Worker
** Esr1 Case Workers After Receiving The Appliaction Should Record In The Personal Register And Send The File To The Assistant Director Of Exams 3.00 Case Worker
** All Received Application For Eligibility Certificate Should Be Verified And Signed By The Assistant Director And Send It To The Tappal Section 20.00 Others
** Bte Tappal Section Caseworker Should Dispatach The Received Certificate To Concerned Institute 4.00 Case Worker

  2. For eligibility certificate I should submit date of birth form and cast certificate?
    How much I have to pay online fee?
