How To Generate Trip Sheet Offline?

Vehicle Registration :
** To register your vehicle click on the link “Vehicle Registration”.
** Enter the code received on your given mobile number in the space provided. The code is case sensitive.

Tripsheet
** To generate Trip Sheet click on the link “Generate online Tripsheet”.
** To modify the Trip Sheet click on the link “Modify Tripsheet”
** To generate Trip Sheet offlline click on the link.”Download offline tripsheet”
a) Generate XML file from downloaded excel file.
b) To upload XML file click on the link “Upload offline Trip Sheet” and browse the XML file and generate Trip Sheet.
** For Print Trip Sheet click on the link, “Print Tripsheet”.

How To Generate Transit Pass?

** To generate Transit Pass, click on the link “Generate online Transit Pass
** To modify the Transit Pass click on the link “Modify Transit Pass”
** To generate offline Transit Pass click on the link “Download offline Transit Pass”
a) Generate XML file from downloaded excel file.
b) To upload XML file click on link “Upload offline Transit Pass” and browse the XML file and generate Transit Pass.
** For Print of Transit Pass click on the link , “Print Transit Pass”

Transit Pass Utilization
** To utilize Transit Pass, Click on the link “Utilize Transit Pass”

Generate Trip Sheet Offline :
Type URL : comtax.uk.gov.in/
Click here on link “Trip Sheet/Transit Pass
Or Type URL : comtaxappl.uk.gov.in/
** Click on generating Trip sheet
** Click on submenu “Download Trip Sheet Offline”
** Click on “Save” button and save it on your desired location (i.e. on desktop).
** Now you can open this excel file on “double click”
** Now At First you must be enable the macros on click “Option”
** Now you check on radio button “Enable this content” and Press “OK” button.
** Enter the required information and for Row No.15, 16, 19 you can enter details if it is related to you otherwise you simply click on radio button “No”.
** By the same you can proceed for “Row 17 and 19”.
** In case if you click on radio button “Yes” then following pop open
** Enter the relevant information.
** If want to add more then on rows then click on “Add More” button
** Now you enter the number of rows and press “OK” button. If not the press “Cancel” button. After Pressing “Finish” button you can move the “Main form of Trip Sheet”.
** By the same way you can proceed for Row 17 and 19.
** After completing the Form you press “Validate and Generate XML” button
